Standing off to the side, Jeannie proudly tilted her chin up. As a recent college graduate, she was eager to make a name for herself. "Don't worry, I'll handle the project perfectly!"

If someone like Jocelyn could do it, then surely she could do it ten times better!

Jeannie looked down on Jocelyn entirely. During the handover, she arrogantly flipped through the files. "I thought your job was actually difficult, but this is a breeze. It seems you really have just been freeloading off my brother's company all this time."

Jocelyn ignored the jab, but the rest of the project team heard it loud and clear.

A breeze? How on earth was this simple?! The technical specs and highly specialized knowledge in Jocelyn's proposals were incredibly advanced!

The fact that Jeannie could even make such a comment proved she knew absolutely nothing about drone technology. Could someone like her really be their manager?

Yet, no one dared to voice their concerns. After all, Jeannie was the boss's sister. Getting on her bad side meant getting canned.

Jeannie carelessly tossed one of Jocelyn's completed phase reports onto the desk. "Alright, I've seen enough. Just get out. And don't even think about crawling back later. My brother's company isn't a garbage dump!"

Hearing her, the team reached a whole new level of astonishment at her sheer stupidity. It only made them miss Jocelyn more. They watched her with growing reluctance to see her go.

"Don't worry, I won't be returning. As for you, a garbage dump actually sounds like a perfect fit," Jocelyn replied coolly.

Jeannie's face turned beet red. Was Jocelyn calling her trash?!

She raised her hand to slap her, but Jocelyn easily caught her wrist mid-air.

"Jeannie, the only reason I ever put up with you was out of respect for Carter. I have zero reason to tolerate you now!"

"Let go! Let go of me!" Jeannie shrieked as the grip tightened painfully.

Jocelyn shoved her arm back.
