Chapter 32
Back home, Felicity immediately took a bath before settling on the bed with her phone. As she scrolled through her feed, the first thing that caught her eye was a video of Rita, covered in her own feces. She scoffed at the sight.
What travels faster than light?
Gossip.
The videos had been posted without delay, spreading like wildfire across the internet. It was a stark reminder of humanity’s cruelty. These were the same people who had previously praised Rita, now quick to slander and humiliate her at the slightest opportunity.
A faint smile played on Felicity’s lips as she read through the negative comments from netizens.
[This is so funny. How could a grown woman shit herself?]
[Didn’t she have potty training as a kid?]
[Ewww… she’s so disgusting.]
Lilian had also anonymously released the video of Georgia and Rita fighting.
The fans of Georgia and Rita were officially in a battle.
[How dare she blame her bowel problems on my queen! If she knew she had weak bowels then she shouldn’t have accepted the drink.]
[Georgia is a snake. First, she ruined her cousin’s relationship, now she’s trying to ruin someone else’s career.]
[It’s your ancestors that are snakes!]
“Hah,” Felicity let out a happy sigh. She was glad she had escaped this trick.
Georgia was truly devious, wasn’t she? She seemed determined to ruin Felicity’s life. But Felicity was one step ahead this time.
Felicity wasn’t feeling guilty about what happened to Rita. Rita had brought it upon herself by attacking Felicity for no reason. She even tried to slander Felicity by posting

the pictures with Jonah. This was just a small payback. If Rita still insisted on being her enemy, then her days would be filled with sleepless nights until she finally crashed.
“Why do you look so happy?” Noah asked, sitting beside her.
Felicity showed him her phone. “You did this?” Noah raised a brow at her.
She nodded. “Yeah, they tried to sabotage me and I gave them a taste of their own medicine. Do you think I’m devious?”
Noah shook his head. “No, you are lenient. I would have disposed of them immediately,” he blurted out involuntarily.
Felicity had heard him use that phrase many times before, and now she started to wonder what he meant by it.
“What do you mean by ‘dispose’? You sound like you could kill them,” she asked, raising an eyebrow.
“Kill them before they kill you, right?” Noah looked down at her. “Why? Do you think it’s too harsh, or wicked?”
Felicity considered his words. Wasn’t that essentially what she was doing? Eliminating her enemies before they had the chance to come after her. Was it wicked? No, it was self-defence.
She shook her head. “It’s not wicked, you’re right. But Rita hasn’t done anything to warrant death, at least not yet.”
“If the time comes when you have to kill your enemies, would you hesitate to take their lives?” Noah asked, his tone serious.
Felicity wasn’t sure if she had the heart to kill anyone yet. What Caster and Georgia did to her was terrible, but the thought of murder had never once crossed her mind. She simply wanted them to suffer immensely.
“I don’t know,” She answered, finding it unsettling to discuss murder with Noah. “Let’s stop talking about this.” She decided to change the subject. “When do you want us to visit
your parents? My shoot has been delayed because of the current scandal.”
Noah checked his schedule on his phone. “How about tomorrow evening then?”
“Okay,” she nodded, preparing to sleep. Just then, a loud sound was heard at the

window, as if something had hit it. Alarmed, Felicity stood up from the bed. “What was that?”

Noah immediately stood up from the bed and closed the blinds. “Probably just a bird. You should go to sleep,” he reassured her, guiding her back to the bed.
“It didn’t sound like a bird,” Felicity said, her concern evident. But Noah continued to reassure her.
“It’s fine. Sleep while I go check it out,” he said, pressing a kiss on her forehead before leaving the room.
Felicity sighed and turned off the lights. For some reason, she felt very uneasy, so she approached the window to calm herself.
Peeking from behind the curtains, she noticed a small dent on the window and traced it with her fingers. The surroundings of the house were shrouded in darkness, which was unusual since the lights were normally on.
As she looked closer, she noticed someone hiding in the shadows, staring at her. Squinting to get a clearer view, she saw a man dressed in black with something covering the lower part of his face-a mask.
Their eyes met under the moonlight, and the stranger made a silent gesture, pressing a finger to his lips as if warning her to keep silent. A shiver ran down her spine as she watched him. She blinked and he vanished into the darkness.
“What the hell?” Felicity whispered to herself, scanning the area for any sign of the mysterious figure. But he was nowhere to be found. Moments later, she saw bodyguards arrive at the same spot, searching for someone.
Before closing the blinds, she saw Noah emerge and glance up, with a concerned gaze, at the window, adding to the unsettling atmosphere. Feeling unnerved, she returned to the bed and wrapped herself in the comforter, trying to shake off the encounter.
Who was that mysterious figure lurking outside her window, and how did they manage to breach the supposedly impenetrable security of Wryfield estate? Was it a robber? These questions plagued her thoughts as she lay in bed, waiting for Noah to return to the room but she eventually succumbed to sleep when doing so.
The next morning when Felicity woke up, the first thing she did was check the window. To her surprise, she found no trace of the c**k that had appeared the night before. It

was as if the entire encounter had been nothing more than a figment of her imagination.
What are you doing?” She turned to see Noah walk into the room. He was dressed casually which indicated that he wasn’t going to work today.
“Did you change the window?” She asked, her voice tinged with suspicion.
Noah nodded nonchalantly, “Yes, I didn’t like the damaged view.”

Felicity nodded. It wasn’t surprising. Rich people always liked their things in order but Felicity couldn’t shake off the feeling that there was more to the story than Noah was letting on, “What happened last night?” She inquired.
“Nothing, it was just a bird,” Noah replied casually, but Felicity could sense a shift in his demeanour.
“But I saw someone watching us last night,” she persisted, her voice tinged with concern.
Noah’s expression hardened, and he took a step closer to her, his eyes searching hers for any sign of deception. “You saw someone?”
Felicity nodded, her heart pounding in her chest. “Yes, a man was standing right there. He was wearing a mask.
A flicker of something unreadable flashed across Noah’s face before he regained his composure. “It was probably one of the guards on patrol. Everything is fine,” he reassured her, though his words did little to ease her apprehension.
Felicity wasn’t convinced. There was a lingering sense of unease in the air, and she
couldn’t shake the feeling that Noah wasn’t telling her the whole truth. Before she could voice her suspicions, a knock on the door interrupted their conversation.
