Scarlett was speechless.
What the hell was she witnessing?
"I have to ask, Vivian, did you lose your mind?"
Scarlett marched over to her aggressively, her voice almost vicious. "Look at how Silas treats you! Did he save your life or something? Why are you still clinging to him like you can't find another man?"
"Yeah, he actually did save my life."
"..."
Now that she mentioned it, Scarlett remembered she had originally come to see Silas, but the man's mouth was so toxic he didn't seem injured at all.
Scarlett flipped her hair, revealing her delicate collarbones and pale cleavage.
She had a very full chest with a prominent cleavage.
Her killer figure was undeniable.
Vivian cast a dark glance her way. "Why don't you just take your clothes off? I'd love to see that, too."
"In your dreams." Scarlett leaned against the armrest, her gaze turning secretive as she stared at the woman opposite her. "Seriously, when are you going to break up with Silas? Right now, it doesn't look like he's that into you, but if he really falls for you, I'm worried you two will turn the world upside down."
Neither of them were easy to deal with.
One was deeply calculating, the other full of secrets.
Naturally, Vivian wasn't going to entertain such a meaningless conversation. She said softly, "If you don't have anything else to say, you should leave. Stop interrupting our couple time."
"What, are you going to do it the moment he gets back?"
"..."
"Go ahead then. I can stay and cheer you on."
"...Scarlett, do you have no shame?"
"We're all adults here, what's there to hide? Besides, I'd love to see what a rigid block of wood like Silas is like in bed. He must be incredibly sexy, right?"
Vivian raised her hand and lunged at her. "Scarlett, you try fantasizing about my man one more time!"
"So what if I do? I even want to sleep with..."
"She's talking absolute bullshit!"
Scarlett exploded, unable to tolerate it any longer. "Silas, are you going to look at me? Look at what your good wife did to me!"
Silas didn't even glance at her; his deep, predatory gaze remained on Vivian. "Want revenge?"
Vivian's eyes lit up. "Yes!"
The man frowned in distaste. "You're covered in sweat. Go take a shower first."
"What about her?"
"I'll deal with her for you."
With that promise, Vivian raised an eyebrow triumphantly, looking like a peacock proudly showing off its feathers now that it had backup.
Scarlett cursed under her breath, grimacing. As Vivian went upstairs, she immediately stared at Silas defensively. "Don't come any closer. When I'm in a good mood, I treat you like a buddy. Plus, she's lying!"
Silas glanced at her and took a step with his long legs, sitting down on a chair since the sofa was a complete mess with nowhere to sit.
His light voice betrayed no emotion. "She got a bad scare yesterday, so cut her some slack."
