30 Days Till I Divorce My Husband novel Chapter 502

Taylor called her Arielle, using that soft, apologetic tone, and Leonora turned her face away. Her lips twitched, almost breaking into a smile, but she held it back.

Lately, she noticed Taylor had taken to calling her "grandma" affectionately, as if she truly were his grandmother. Anytime her mood was slightly off, Taylor was right there, trying to cheer her up.

His care was palpable to Leonora.

Seeing her turn away, Taylor tried to explain, "Look, I've been following you from the doorway up until now. Then you told me in the car that we should keep our distance. How am I supposed to feel okay about that?"

Leonora was momentarily at a loss for words.

Seeing Taylor still holding her hand, she turned to face him.

Gently holding his hand, she said, "Taylor, it's not that I'm trying to hide anything, nor do I think you're not good enough. You know, we..."

Before she could finish, Taylor cupped her face, pulled her close, and kissed her, silencing the rest of her words.

For a moment, they were lost in the kiss.

When it ended, Taylor hit the gas and drove back to Southbay.

Inside the house, Taylor, like a man possessed, didn't even give Leonora a chance to catch her breath. He closed the bedroom door and carried her to the bed.

He was gentle yet intense, making Leonora a bit scared, a bit wanting to escape.

In the end, she couldn't evade him, and he made love to her several times.

After her shower, when Leonora wanted to leave, Taylor still couldn't let her go. He pulled her down to sit on the living room sofa, asking her to stay with him a bit longer.

Holding her in his arms as usual, Taylor said, "Who found out you were liked by me on your social media? Show me the phone."

Cuddled in Taylor's arms, Leonora took out her phone and opened her social media. "These are the posts you liked. I have colleagues from work in my contacts, and they probably have you in theirs too, so it was found out."

Taylor, holding her with one arm and her phone with the other, said, "So it's found out, it's not a big deal."

If it really were found out, he would stand by Leonora, as long as she didn't embarrass him.

Leonora said lightly, "That's easy for you to say." Then added, "How am I supposed to work properly now?"

Holding her, Taylor didn't speak further, only showing interest in her social media.

Seeing her posts filled with lively comments and many likes, Taylor clicked on a few profiles, finding several were men, which gradually darkened his mood.

Just then, a message popped up on Leonora's social media.

"Leonora, are you free this Saturday? The recent movies seem pretty good."

"@Leonora, goddess, you must come to the weekend class reunion."

At these messages, Taylor couldn't feel happy.

Then, scrolling through Leonora's previous chats, he felt even worse.

There were several people asking her out for dinner or movies, and although she had made excuses to refuse, Taylor's mood still wasn't good.

Finally, he threw the phone onto the sofa, looking at Leonora and said indifferently, "Leonora, you're quite popular."
