30 Days Till I Divorce My Husband novel Chapter 402

Don't think just because her mom's a stay-at-home mom she doesn't have anything to do. Even if she had a million things to handle, nothing would be more important than Ella from the South dropping by!

Her mom had been looking forward to this day for who knows how long, probably even more excited than Sandy herself.

At that moment, Sandy couldn’t help but feel a burst of happiness. She felt like their home was missing some liveliness, needing a kid to stir things up a bit.

Estrella had mentioned she’d take Isaac to visit the Castros on Saturday, so Jason brought Isaac back to her on Friday night.

Isaac, having not seen Estrella for a few days, was overly affectionate, hugging her legs and rubbing against them, making Jason almost jealous.

At the doorstep, after a brief chat and greetings with Estrella, Jason watched them enter the house, his eyes lingering until they were out of sight. Only when Drew called about a business acquisition did Jason finally get into his car and leave.

And Kristin? She was still staying at Jason's place, having completely neglected Landon at home.

---

The next morning, as Estrella took Isaac to the Castros, Autumn saw them off, loading Estrella's car with a bunch of gifts.

Not until she made sure Estrella had packed everything she arranged did Autumn feel relieved, wanting to ensure they didn’t breach any etiquette on their first visit.

Half an hour later, arriving at the Castros, Chelsea, Sandy, and her father Dominick were already waiting outside to warmly welcome Estrella and Isaac.

“Estrella,” Chelsea greeted them with a smile as they got out of the car. “Hello there, Isaac!”

Estrella ruffled Isaac’s hair, encouraging him, “Say hi, Isaac.”

“Hi, Grandpa!”

“Hi, Grandma!”

“Hi, Auntie!”

Isaac’s voice was sweet, and his manner just as polite as Estrella’s, making everyone beam with joy.

After exchanging pleasantries outside, Estrella brought the gifts from the car. Chelsea, feeling a bit sheepish, said, “Estrella, you shouldn’t have!”

“It’s just a little something, Aunt Chelsea.”

Sandy and her dad helped carry the stuff inside, and the group moved into the house amidst lively chatter.

The Castros lived in a villa, not as grand as the Dorvolds or the Nelsons, but Chelsea had the garden looking cozy and vibrant, filled with flowers and greenery.

Once inside, Sandy quickly set them up in the living room and dashed off to prepare a fresh fruit platter.
