Slam!
The door was shut violently in her face. The gust of wind from the closing door felt like a harsh slap across Rhiannon's cheek.
Gwendolyn blinked.
Unable to hold back, Rhiannon kicked the door.
Suddenly, the door swung open again. With a dark scowl, Juno hurled the milk, glass and all, straight at Rhiannon. "Don't you ever let me see your fucking face again."
Or she'd beat her every time she saw her.
Rhiannon looked like a total mess, the milk splattering all over her designer clothes.
Sensing something was wrong, she glanced sideways and realized Gwendolyn was standing right there.
Thinking back to how she had just acted, she felt a sudden rush of extreme embarrassment and humiliation.
Gwendolyn didn't say a word. She merely frowned slightly and walked away.
Inside the room, Juno dried her hair with one hand while picking up the drafts from the floor with the other.
She had sketched these casually on her way back today. They were rough, but she'd find time to refine them later.

Just as the Jagger family began hyping up their upcoming seasonal jewelry line, the Corrington family launched their campaign too.
The two families were only a day apart. The Jaggers went first; the Corringtons followed.
The internet was flooded with excited comments.
"I wonder what luxury piece the Jaggers are dropping this year. They never disappoint! I'm already refreshing the page to buy it!"
"I don't know why the Corrington family is even trying. Their accessories are so basic, and they can never scout good designers. It's always the same boring stuff. I thought they were just safely riding the Jaggers' coattails, but why the massive ad campaign this year?"
"Let's wait and see. It's rare for two major releases to clash like this."
Almost everyone in the upper circles assumed the Jaggers would absolutely crush the Corringtons.
