Fury … Omega’s Fury!-1
Dread pulsed through Lora’s veins like ice water as Han loomed over her, his cruel, deranged grin filling her with horror. This was no ordinary beast, he was a monster, ready to strip away everything she held dear. But deep down, something within her stirred, a flame igniting. She couldn’t afford to be a victim anymore. She had taken hit after hit her entire life, constantly, but that ended here.
“No more.”
She would not be a liability to Azriel, to her sons, or to her pack. If she had to die, she would die fighting, and she would do it with her head held high. With her resolve hardening, Lora raised a silent prayer to the Moon Goddess:
“Please, Moon Goddess, if something happens to me, watch over my family and friends. They’ve suffered so much already. I beg you.”
A soft growl reverberated in her mind, a warm yet fierce reminder of the wolf who had always been with her, even when she couldn’t feel it. “I’m sorry I’m putting you through this, Tara,” Lora whispered internally, feeling the weight of the situation pressing down on her.
But Tara growled in fierce approval. “We are one, Lora. And it’s about damn time you took control. We
will fight with everything we’ve got.”
Lora could feel Tara’s strength flooding her, filling every corner of her exhausted soul with raw,
unfiltered power. A reflexive movement brought her hand to Han’s chest, a small push, but enough to make her feel like she had some control over this horrifying situation.
Han laughed, clearly amused by her resistance. “Ooo, the kitten has claws,” he sneered, his vile
breath hot against her face.
But Lora wasn’t listening anymore. She closed her eyes, allowing herself to let go of everything:
every bit of fear, every ounce of pain she had carried for so long. She released it all into the darkness. The injustice she had endured, the suffering she had swallowed, the misery she had fought through, every shred of anger and despair rose to the surface, burning through her like
wildfire.
Tara’s voice echoed through her mind, her fierce loyalty pushing Lora forward. “Let go, Lora. Don’t hold back. I’ve got you. Don’t be afraid.”
When Lora opened her eyes, they blazed with a fury she had never felt before. Her voice was raw with hatred as she locked her gaze onto Han. “To hell with you, you filthy bastard,” she spat, and as the words left her mouth, a burning, red haze exploded in her vision, engulfing her hands.
Han’s amused grin faltered. His smug confidence evaporated as he stumbled back, eyes wide with

confusion and anger. It was as if he had been electrocuted. His eyes darted to his chest, where’
Lora had touched him, and for the first time, there was fear behind them.
“What the fuck is this?” Han barked, glaring at her as if she had conjured some unholy magic. “It seems you have tricks up your sleeve, you bitch” he sneered, but even his bravado couldn’t hide the
panic beginning to creep into his voice.
Lora’s fury boiled over, and she could feel the power surging from her, spilling out of her hands and
into Han’s body. He staggered, the amusement in his expression morphing into something darker
something closer to terror. Black veins began to snake across his chest, spreading like a plague through his skin. They pulsed, growing thicker, darker, and more grotesque with each passing
second.
Han’s bravado shattered. His face twisted in a mix of awe and horror as he tried to brush the veins away, but they clung to him, burrowing deeper into his flesh. He screamed at her, his voice rising
with desperation. “What the hell did you do? This is not possible! I am a Lycan and you can’t hurt
me with these dirty tricks! I am magic protected!” he shouted, his once-arrogant tone replaced
with something frantic, wild.
Lora stood there, her hands still glowing with that terrifying red aura, watching as Han crumbled
before her. For the first time, he was not the predator. She was.
The black veins continued to spread, snaking up his neck, down his arms, twisting and warping the skin they touched. Han’s eyes widened in disbelief as his strength faltered. His knees buckled, and
he collapsed onto the ground, his breath coming in ragged gasps as he clawed at the infection spreading across his body.
