My Redemption-1
After hours and hours of driving, the convoy finally arrived at Stormheart Pack. The familiar sights and sounds of their home brought a wave of relief over everyone. As the vehicles came to a stop, the pack members eagerly gathered to welcome their loved ones back.
Lora and Azriel stepped out of their car, their eyes searching the crowd for one face in particular. Suddenly, a young boy burst through the throng, running straight into Lora’s arms.
“Mommy! Dady!” Asher cried out, his small arms wrapping tightly around his parents.
Lora hugged her son, tears streaming down her face. “Asher, my sweet boy! You’re growing so fast,
she said, her voice choked with emotion.
Azriel ruffled Asher’s hair, his eyes also moist with tears. “We missed you so much, champ.”
The reunion was heartwarming, filled with laughter, tears, and endless hugs. The pack members shared joyous embraces, their hearts full as they reconnected with their loved ones.
Once the initial excitement settled, the exhaustion from the journey began to take its toll. Everyone was ready to retreat to their rooms for some much-needed rest. But before they could, Azriel knew there was something important he needed to address.
Standing tall, he issued a general mind-link, his voice resonating through the pack bond. “Everyone, gather in the main hall.”
As the wolves assembled, Azriel and Lora stood at the front, with Dana and Tim slightly behind them. The pack looked at their Alpha with anticipation, eager to hear what he had to say.
Azriel began, “I know you are all tired, but I wanted to update you on the progress we’ve made regarding the infection that’s been affecting our kind. The danger is still present, but rest assured, the royal family is doing everything possible to eliminate this threat. We have made significant strides, and your safety is our top priority.”
A murmur of relief spread through the crowd. Azriel continued, “I also have an additional announcement to make.” He gestured for Dana and Tim to step forward. “This is Dana, and she is
our Delta Tim’s mate. In a few moments, she will be officially accepted into our pack. I will not
tolerate any disrespect towards her. She deserves a warm welcome.”
Dana widened her eyes in surprise, and the vampire warriors present, Ana, Bana, and Cana, also looked stunned by the announcement. Azriel took a ceremonial knife and, slicing both his and Dana’s palms, he clasped their hands together.
“By blood and bond, I accept you into the Stormheart pack,” Azriel declared. The pack cheered as

Dana’s eyes filled with tears of emotion. She looked at Tim, who gazed back at her with love and
pride.
After the ceremony was done, Azriel dismissed everyone. “Go and rest, you fully deserve it. I know it was not a proper ceremony, but I wanted this to be done at the earliest possible to make clear
your status to everyone. Also, Dana, from this moment forward, you are your own person. You are
no one’s pet, slave, or servant. You are free to make your own decisions. You are in charge of your
destiny, and we are happy to accept you among us. Now go and rest.”
Choking back tears, Dana replied, “Yes, Alpha. Thank you.”
With a final nod, Lora and Azriel turned to leave. The weight of the recent events was still heavy on their shoulders, but for the first time in a long while, there was a sense of hope and belonging,
After the ceremony, Tim took Dana by the hand, his eyes sparkling with excitement. “There are a few important people I want you to meet,” he said softly, guiding her through the pack’s bustling main hall. “People I consider family.”
As they approached a pair of familiar faces, Dana felt a flutter of nerves. James and Sky stood there, grinning in a teasing way. “Well, well, if it isn’t our Delta with his lovely mate,” James said with
a wink.
Sky elbowed him playfully. “Behave, James. Welcome, Dana. It’s great to finally meet you properly.”
Dana felt a moment of shyness, but their warm smiles quickly put her at ease. “Thank you,” she said, her voice soft but sincere. “It’s wonderful to meet you both.”
