While Scarlett was lost in her fantasies, Seth had already grabbed her arm and dragged her straight up to the second floor.

As Seth pushed the door open, he scanned the room and quickly spotted a familiar face by the window.

He raised a hand and called out, immediately dropping Scarlett's arm as he strode over. "What are you doing here?"

At that moment, Leo was clutching a bottle of beer, watching Chloe play pool. Hearing his name, he turned around and his eyes lit up when he saw Seth approaching. "Damn, Seth? What brings you to San Francisco? Why didn't you say anything?"

Seth flashed a bright grin. "Just got in yesterday. I came with Spencer. Didn't expect to run into you here."

"Leo!"

Before Seth could finish his sentence, a clear, sharp voice rang out from behind. A slender figure walked straight over and snatched the beer bottle right out of Leo's hand. "Are you crazy? Drinking out in the open like this?"

"Relax, everyone here is from Star Entertainment. What's there to be afraid of?" Leo grinned, flashing his perfectly straight white teeth. "I'll put it away if any outsiders show up."

Nora couldn't help but frown. "Still no. No drinking allowed."

Seeing that she was about to lose her temper, Leo immediately clasped his hands together in a pleading gesture. "Alright, alright, alright. I won't drink. Happy now?"

Nora shot him an exasperated glare, then turned and poured the rest of the beer down the nearby sink.

Seth's eyes had been glued to Nora the entire time. While her back was turned, he nudged Leo with his elbow. "Is that your girlfriend?"

Leo nearly choked on his own spit, looking as though he wanted to clamp a hand over Seth's mouth. "Don't talk nonsense, man. That's the Music Director for our company."

Seth let out an 'Oh,' but his gaze involuntarily drifted back in her direction.

"Alright, let's not just stand around. Let's play a round," Leo said, patting Seth on the shoulder.

"You're on. Let's go."

Billiards was Seth's strong suit. In fact, it was over a pool table that he and Leo had originally met.

As Leo began racking the balls, Seth couldn't stop sneaking glances at Nora.

Nora was currently chatting with Chloe. The overhead lighting cast a radiant glow on her complexion, making her stunning features look absolutely mesmerizing. It was impossible to look away.
