Madly Yours (Nora Reed) novel Chapter 464

But after a falling out, the three of them had turned their backs on him and thrown their loyalty behind Hudson.

And they'd been with him ever since.

The cabin was completely quiet, save for the steady hum of the engines.

The plane had already reached its cruising altitude. Outside the window, the endless clouds rolled like white ocean waves.

Hudson turned his head, watching the sunlight from the window illuminate the soft curves of her face. His throat bobbed.

"Alright, enough about that. Let me show you the back. I just had it remodeled..."

Nora nodded eagerly. She had seen the inside of Archer's jet and was already amazed.

Hudson's plane was twice as big as his. There was even a sauna...

Poverty really limited a person's imagination.

But when Hudson pushed open the bedroom door, Nora realized it was a completely different world inside.

The floor was covered in a hand-woven Persian rug, interlaced in deep blues and tarnished gold, so soft it felt like walking on a cloud.

An oil painting by an unknown artist hung on the wall, its delicate strokes and bold colors looking utterly surreal inside a cabin tens of thousands of feet in the air.

A small wine cabinet sat in the corner. Behind its glass doors, several bottles of vintage wine rested quietly. Nora couldn't read a single word on the labels, but just looking at the quality of the glass and the aged paper, she knew they cost a fortune.

But the most absurd part was the bed.

It was circular, ridiculously massive, taking up more than half the room.

The mattress was completely transparent and filled with liquid that gently rippled with every movement, catching the cabin's soft lighting to give off a faint, luminescent blue glow.

Nora reached out and pressed a hand against it. The surface dipped softly before slowly springing back up. The touch was as delicate as floating on a cloud.

"Is this... a waterbed?"

Nora knew exactly what this degenerate was thinking. Before he could even finish his sentence, she rejected him, her face completely flushed.

Hudson let out a low chuckle, his voice dripping with seductive tension. "Darling, it'd be such a waste not to try out the waterbed."

His tone made her knees weak. She pressed her hands flat against his chest. "We can't... we'll be landing soon..."

"Not even close. We've got four hours. That's plenty of time."

Before Nora could argue, he swept her off her feet.

The moment she hit the mattress, it felt as though invisible hands were cradling her. Soft ripples of water surged from all sides, enveloping her entirely.

The surface yielded gently beneath her weight before springing back up, leaving her with a dizzying sense of weightlessness.

And just like that...

Everything spun wildly out of control.
