"Ginger went to the hospital for a checkup a few days ago and found out she's over two months pregnant. This is wonderful news for the Lancaster family..."

Nora nodded with a smile and immediately looked at Ginger. "Congratulations."

Ginger rested a hand protectively over her stomach, smiling with perfect, calculated grace. "Thank you, Nora. You and Hudson are newlyweds. Isn't it about time you tried for a baby too? That way, our children can grow up playing together..."

Nora lowered her eyes, feigning shyness to hide the absolute indifference in her gaze.

Suddenly, Beatrice patted Nora's hand, her tone shifting. "Nora, Tiffany mentioned she saw you buying a pregnancy test at the pharmacy the other day. Are you expecting?"
