Amy froze.

"A film project... choreography director?"

"Yes, 'Echoes of the Valley'," Eliza replied. "Directed by Lucas Evans, produced by Jane York."

Amy was utterly paralyzed.

She knew exactly what magnitude of project that was. Anything with Director Evans's name attached was an automatic blockbuster event.

Jane York never backed a flop. Half the industry would kill for a chance to even step foot on one of her sets.

"Eliza..." Amy's tone shifted dramatically, replaced by a wave of genuine, burning excitement.

"That... that is incredible!"

"Do you think you could give the studio a little shoutout? I'd be more than happy to pay you for the promotion..."

Eliza offered a polite smile. "I don't think that's appropriate. You know how strict Director Evans is with his crew, let alone allowing blatant advertising."

"I'm going to grab a studio to stretch out for a bit."

With a slight nod to Amy, she turned and headed toward the practice rooms.

He stared at the screen, his thumb hovering over the keyboard before dropping back down.

What was he supposed to say?

What good would it do anyway?

She had blocked him ages ago. He had only managed to add her back by switching to a new number. She had barely tolerated keeping him on her contact list, but she practically never responded.

Zander dropped his phone into his lap.

His mind drifted back to the words Eliza had thrown at him in the hospital hallway yesterday.
