Gwen let go of Eliza, rubbed her eyes, and took a deep breath, completely resetting her demeanor.

"When I get back, I'm going to draft a bulletproof plan and absolutely blow up that party."

"Alright! Enough about them, they're ruining my appetite."

"Ugh, when you're in a bad mood, the best cure is focusing on your career. Men are unreliable, family is unreliable, but the balance in your bank account will never betray you."

Gwen sat back down on the sofa with a smile and reached for the stack of documents Julian had provided.

"Come here, let me walk you through Yvonne's little file."

"I actually skimmed through it on the way over. She is a habitual fraud!"

As she spoke, Gwen cracked open the file folder.

The first page was Yvonne's personal resume.

Her educational background, awards, and the dates she joined various dance troupes were all logged, complete with reference details, neatly and meticulously organized.

There were signatures and detailed annotations in the bottom right corner of every page.

"Julian's team does not mess around," Gwen clicked her tongue in awe as she flipped through the pages. "This is more detailed than a police dossier."

"Look right here. I spotted this earlier—this is absolutely rigged."

Gwen pointed to a copied roster sheet. It was from The National Youth Dance Championship ten years ago.

Yvonne's name was on it: Contestant 027, Solo Classical Dance Division.

Next to it was a note circled in bright red ink:

"Cross-reference confirmed: Official records state Yvonne Vance competed on August 12, 2014. However, according to her social media logs from that exact timeframe, as well as flight manifests obtained from the airlines, Yvonne Vance was vacationing in Aspen with her parents from August 8 to August 18, 2014. Timeframe conflict verified."

Eliza turned the pages one by one.

The next page was an early preliminary score sheet for the dance troupe admissions.
