Chaos Girl Rewrites the Script novel Chapter 425

But...

For someone as hopelessly beyond saving as her, probably no one would be willing to reach out a hand anymore.

She slowly lowered her head, her eyes gradually turning numb.

Vivienne looked back, stayed silent for a moment, and then took a step backward, firmly hiding Aurelia behind her.

It was the plot's force. Just like with Bianca before, the narrative was controlling her.

But unlike Bianca, Aurelia knew she was being controlled.

Because of that, she would be even more terrified than Bianca had been.

Right now, she probably despairingly believed she was beyond any cure.

The way things had turned, Lara was the happiest of all. Watching Aurelia wither away right before her eyes pushed her sadistic thrill to its absolute peak.

If Aurelia admitted she was sick, then Mina's testimony became very awkward.

After all, there are two sides to every story.

Julianne hadn't expected Aurelia to be stupid enough to hand her the knife. She looked at Mina, gloating. "Looks like it's hard to tell whether Dr. Sherman misdiagnosed you to climb the social ladder, or if your family is framing an innocent person to hide the truth."

Mina gritted her teeth. "Stop talking garbage!"

Julianne had learned her lesson this time. She turned to Howard. "Mr. Houghton, don't even try to smooth this over now. She admitted she's sick herself. If you let one—oh, wait, two psychos into the school and something happens, can you take responsibility?"

Howard weighed the pros and cons, then turned and gave a look to the security team.

"Aurelia, Mina, please come with us."

As soon as he spoke, the security guards surrounded Aurelia and Mina.

Mina was furious. "Don't you dare."

Naturally, the school didn't dare to use force, but right now it was two families against the entire school. The administration couldn't risk public outrage.

Howard spoke in a placating tone. "It's just a quick trip. Let's go have a chat."

Mina's face turned livid.

Julianne looked at Vivienne with a smug expression.

"Is it an air raid?"

Aurelia's thoughts were shattered by the deafening sound of the aircraft. She looked dazed, staring blankly up at the sky.

This is...

Her blurred vision began to focus.

The black helicopters descended simultaneously, lining up in formation across the running track.

The cabin doors swung open, and heavily armed men in black tactical gear flooded half the field.

A helicopter touched down right in the center of the track. The door opened, and a man wearing a black suit stepped out.

Aurelia's emotions completely broke. "Dad..."

Benedict Ravenshire's face was dark, his eyes carrying a lethal intent. His gaze swept over the crowd before he strode toward Aurelia.

Howard knew things had gone terribly wrong. He quickly jogged forward to greet him. "Mr. Ravenshire..."

Benedict didn't even blink. He raised his gun and shot Howard right in the foot.
