Owen was speechless. You picked this fight yourself. How is this my problem?
But to preserve Sebastian's dignity, Owen tried to mediate. "Let's all just take a breath."
He turned to Sebastian. "Why do you keep provoking her?"
Before Sebastian could answer, Mira chimed in. "Because he's jealous."
Sebastian looked ready to throw punches again.
The flight was long and boring, so Mira spent her free time intentionally antagonizing Sebastian.
"So, Sebastian, how much money did you make on this trip?"
The anger Sebastian had barely suppressed instantly flared back to life.
"Why aren't you saying anything? Did you not make a profit, or did you lose your principal?"
"Say one more word and I'll kill you!" Sebastian yelled through gritted teeth, drawing stares from the surrounding passengers.
Owen tried to intervene, but Sebastian refused to listen, and Mira certainly wasn't going to back down.
"Did you seriously lose your principal?" Mira asked, feigning innocent shock.
This time, Sebastian didn't explode. He simply clamped his jaw shut and endured it.
"Look, Sebastian, trading stocks requires natural talent. Sigh, prodigies like me are just incredibly rare. You don't have what it takes." Mira pointed a finger directly at him.
"Don't try to play out of your league next time."
Sebastian was pushed to his absolute limit. Owen had to physically pin his hands down.
Owen shot Ethan a pleading look, but Ethan just pretended not to notice.
"Ethan, control your sister," Owen finally snapped, unable to take it anymore.
"What's wrong with my sister? She's only stating facts." Ethan didn't see the issue.
"And you're just going to let her bully your uncle?"
"He was glaring at us earlier. Why didn't you stop him?"
