The True Heiress: Legend Mode novel Chapter 21

Inside the car, Chuck gently pinched Juno's cheek, examining her face from side to side before letting go with a satisfied smile. "You've put on some healthy weight."

Compared to her pale, emaciated appearance when they first met, she now boasted a radiant complexion and a stunning, athletic figure.

Chuck stepped out of the vehicle first and offered his hand. Juno placed hers in his and gracefully stepped out. Standing side by side, they made an exceptionally striking couple.

By the time they entered the hotel, a sizable crowd had already gathered. The moment they appeared, all eyes gravitated toward them.

Chuck was remarkably handsome, wearing his custom-tailored suit like a high-fashion model. With his broad shoulders, narrow waist, and endlessly long legs, he commanded attention. His expression held a cool, detached aloofness, save for when his gaze shifted to Juno, where it softened noticeably.

Beside him, Juno wore an ethereal black gown that flowed elegantly around her ankles. Her hair cascaded in loose curls down her back. With slightly winged eyeliner brushed with a hint of red, she exuded a wicked, irresistible charm.

A faint, enigmatic smile played on her lips, and the effortless confidence in her eyes made her look absolutely aristocratic. She effortlessly outshined every woman in the room.

"What a stunning couple," someone murmured in genuine awe.

Everyone present knew the Corrington family had recently found their biological daughter. They had expected an unrefined country girl, only to be completely blown away by her breathtaking appearance.

Good genes truly spoke for themselves. Juno's beauty was fiercely aggressive—the kind that seared itself into your memory at first glance.

Whispers rippled through the crowd.

"She gives me total siren vibes—like a fox and a viper all rolled into one. Dangerously seductive."

With the real heiress present, people inevitably began comparing her to Rhiannon.

"Have you noticed? Juno has this natural, regal grace that doesn't try to please anyone. Even Rhiannon, who grew up in the Corrington family, doesn't have that. I always get the feeling Rhiannon is subtly trying to suck up to the elders."

Despite the low volume, Rhiannon overheard the chatter. The smile on her face slowly faded. Was she really that obvious?

Before Juno arrived, Rhiannon had been the absolute center of attention. But the moment Juno walked in, the entire atmosphere shifted.
