In the meantime, the throne room of the greatest golden palace in the celestial dimension, home of Ophelia’s father, the supreme master sun god, was empty save for the middle–aged, perfectly formed man who occupied the throne.1
Bowing before him was the supreme master fire god, Dominik.
“Your divinity, do you believe that having the blood moon god visit the castle tonight is a wise idea? The sun ball will undoubtedly be disrupted by his presence.” Dominik spoke quietly, but there was a noticeable grimace on
his forehead.
Zephyr widened his golden eyes. “The judgment will take place after the ball. We cannot alter the schedule of the ball all because of the presence of a corrupt deity within our heavenly realm.”
Grinning, Dominik straightened his posture. “Very well. But the idea that Ophelia has to be the one to kill him worries me much.”
“She made sure to convey that no one is required to touch him while keeping him under her care. Killing him is her duty and her retribution. It’s what everyone expects her to do.” With a hint of anger in his voice, Zephyr sighed heavily. “Ophelia has never been one to give up. She is strong as well, so don’t be concerned.”
Dominik gave a nod. “I know that to be true. However, I believe we are undervaluing the blood moon god. According to what I’ve heard, he was performing the ceremony that will cause the uncommon appearance of the blood moon when he unintentionally entered our dimension. He would want to win this struggle at all costs in order to fulfill his responsibilities and ensure that the appearance occurs.”
“Killing a sun god is the only path back to his celestial dimension. He must

be aware of that. Knowing Ophelia on the other hand, she would make sure he battles her. After all, the order still stands.” Zephyr spoke adamantly.
Dominik grinned, pleased with his statements. “And when all this is finished, I will finally get married to her.“.
That sentence made Zephyr scowl. “Ophelia detests you because of your extreme promiscuity, which continues even throughout your engagement. Without a doubt, she won’t be content in her marriage.”
Dominik scowled. “Your divinity.”
“I have no choice don’t I?” Zephyr rolled his eyes and laughed.
Dominik crossed his arms over his chest and tsked. “You do not. I would like
you to acknowledge that.”
Zephyr nodded in agreement. “I find it insignificant. Doesn’t everything revolve around my daughter?”
Dominik chuckled. “Like you, I desire unification. I am not the villain in this
situation.”
Zephyr snickered. “Dominik, no one is painting you as the villain. My daughter rejects the existence of good and evil.”
“You say that like a threat.” Dominik gave a growl.
Zephyr twisted his hands together and narrowed his eyes. “Well. It’s because it really is. Ophelia, is it not?”
Startled, Dominik turned to discover Ophelia standing just behind him. The fact that he missed her startled him! He looked back at Zephyr and knew right once that it was because Ophelia’s presence was uncannily similar to her father’s.

after all this.”
Zephyr grinned. “It has been two centuries since you last visited this castle, I anticipated seeing you at the ball. And you have never asked for my permission, my dear.“”
Ophelia let out a sigh. “Is there not another way for the blood moon god to return to his celestial dimension without spilling the blood of a sun god?”
With a premonition of that question, Zephyr smiled. “No dear.”
“Oh.” Disappointment filled her voice. “I’m grateful. Father.” Then she turned aside, leaving the room.
“Ophelia!” Running after her, Dominik called.
“Stay away!” Ophelia stopped walking.
Dominik halted his movements as well, gasping. “Ophelia.”
Turning, Ophelia faced him. “Do you have a problem with my words?”
“You are hesitant to kill him?” Dominik snarled.
Ophelia’s eyes narrowed. “I am. Why does that bother you?”
He clenched his fist and gritted his teeth. “I have never seen you so hesitant
to take a life.”
“What?” Ophelia inquired, scuffing her lips in shock before laughing. “You do not know me, Dominik.”
Dominik stepped closer, reaching for her arm. “Kill him, please. It is the order! Destroy him!”

“You won’t dare!” Ophelia growled at him, anger flashing in her golden eyes.
“You stare at me with murderous intent all because of that blood moon god?” Dominik felt insanely envious and devastated.

Dominik had a sharp feeling that she was not playing tricks. Nevertheless,
he moved to free her arm.
Zephyr squinted at this scenario, but he remained motionless and silent, refusing to intervene in their fight. He had never seen his daughter so enraged as she was right now, that much was certain.
“I love you Ophelial” Dominik yelled, his grip getting tighter, and then he suddenly

“I acknowledge I haven’t been treating you with respect, but I promise to make you happy! I swear!” Dominik cried out.
Ophelia gulped, her body quivering a little, and then her eyes suddenly welled up with tears that fell freely. “I’m not interested in this connection.
