Chapter 124

Sancho nearly wet himself.

His eyes bulged so wide they looked ready to burst from their sockets as his scream echoed through the gemstone shop. His entire body trembled violently, but after a few seconds, he suddenly realized something was wrong.

There was no pain.

His eyes slowly drifted downward, only to discover the knife buried deep into the wooden counter barely an inch away from his fingers.

Sancho instantly sucked in a huge breath and collapsed against the counter in relief. Cold sweat soaked his expensive shirt as his heart pounded wildly inside his chest. He had genuinely believed he was about to lose a finger.

Marcus looked at him with an expressionless face. “Consider this your warning. If I ever hear that you threatened Julia into marrying you again, I won’t miss next time.”

He then pointed at Sapphire.

“And you. Stay away from her too. Don’t ever come back here to harass or disturb her.”

Sancho nodded repeatedly like a frightened chicken.

“Y-Yes… yes. I understand. Please… just let me go.”

Marcus calmly pulled the knife out of the counter.

The moment the blade came free, Sancho hurried several steps backward before stopping. The fear on his face slowly disappeared, replaced by resentment and hatred. He glared at Marcus with clenched teeth.

“You’ve crossed the line, Marcus. I swear I won’t let this go.”

The moment he finished speaking, he turned around and sprinted out of the shop before Marcus could grab him again. The three injured bodyguards hurried to their feet and limped after him as fast as they could.

Marcus merely scoffed before turning toward Sapphire.

She stared at him for a few seconds before smiling.

“Wow… you actually made the almighty Sancho shake in fear. I’ve never seen him like that before. He was genuinely terrified.”

Marcus smiled faintly. “That’s the thing about bullies. They always think everyone else is the weak one, when in reality they’re the weak ones. They just haven’t met someone brave enough to stand up to them.”

Those words made Sapphire’s heart skip a beat. She had never met a man with such courage before, and she found herself admiring him more and more.

But she quickly snapped herself out of those thoughts.

He’s at least seven years younger than me.

She quietly swallowed before changing the subject.

“So… what are you planning to do with that Ruby Stone? It’s worth a fortune.”

Marcus knew that, but the amount of money attached to it didn’t tempt him in the slightest. Besides, he had no intention of selling it.

“I’m not selling it for now,” he answered.

Sapphire frowned slightly. Most people would have rushed to sell such a priceless treasure immediately, but she respected his decision and didn’t ask any further questions.

Marcus then gathered the raw stones he had selected earlier and asked, “How much do I owe you?”

Sapphire immediately shook her head.

“Nothing. They are my gift to you.”

Marcus frowned. “I can’t accept that.”

“You have to,” she replied with a warm smile. “You saved me today. This is the least I can do.”

Marcus insisted on paying several more times, but Sapphire refused every offer.

“If you really want to repay me,” she said, “then become my regular customer. Visit my shop whenever you need gemstones.”

Marcus smiled and nodded.

“Sure.”

With that, he tucked the pouch away and walked toward the exit.

Sapphire stood quietly behind the counter, watching him leave. A small smile remained on her lips long after he had disappeared from sight.

Travis thrust deeper into Mrs. Morgan, his muscular body pressing her into the rumpled sheets of her king-sized bed,

She arched beneath him, her full breasts bouncing with every powerful stroke. “Ohh, yeah! Make it faster, Travis! “she screamed, her nails digging into his broad shoulders.

He obliged, gripping her hips firmly and pounding into her with relentless intensity. The room filled with the wet slap of skin on skin, her moans growing louder and more desperate as he drove harder.

He was on top, dominating the moment, his hips snapping forward in a steady, punishing rhythm. Mrs. Morgan’s legs wrapped tightly around his waist, pulling him deeper.

Her pussy clenched around him, hot and slick, urging him on. Travis leaned down, capturing one of her hard nipples in his mouth, sucking greedily while his free hand kneaded her other breast. She gasped and writhed, her body trembling as pleasure built. “Yes, right there-fuck me harder!” she cried, her voice echoing off the walls.

He increased his pace, fucking her seriously now, each thrust deliberate and deep. Sweat dripped from his chest.

Travis groaned deeply, With a final, powerful thrust, he came hard, spilling inside her in thick, hot spurts. He collapsed forward, panting heavily against her neck.

They lay side by side afterward, breathing ragged, bodies tangled in the afterglow. Mrs. Morgan sighed contentedly, tracing a finger along his chest. “Wow, you are really getting good each day, Travis.”

Instead of his usual boastful chatter, he just groaned softly, staring at the ceiling.

Mrs. Morgan propped herself up on one elbow, her brow furrowing. She studied his face, noting the unusual silence.

After such an intense session, he would always be yapful, bragging about how good he was. “Hmm, did something happen?” she asked, concern creeping into her voice.

Travis bit his lip and sighed, avoiding her gaze. “Nothing, Mrs. Morgan.”

She sat up straighter, the sheet slipping down to expose her curves. “It’s obvious something happened. I can see it all over you.”

He gulped, the weight of his worries pressing down. Finally, he let it out. “It’s about Mr. Smith, the investor from, the Langstone. I can’t contact him again. He isn’t picking up calls. Jessica would notice soon, and… I can’t even see him again.”

Mrs. Morgan’s eyes widened. “What the hell?”

“Yes,” Travis confirmed, his voice tense. “I am scared now.”

She reached over, squeezing his arm reassuringly. “But he is from the Langstone family, right?” Travis nodded. Mrs. Morgan scoffed lightly. “Then don’t fret. That family is reputable enough and won’t pull any nonsense. Maybe he’s just some kind of busy-you know how this project always makes someone. And if we can’t reach him, we can just go to the Langstone and ask.”

Travis saw sense in her words. The knot in his chest loosened slightly. He nodded, “oh, that makes sense”.

Mrs. Morgan chuckled, “So can we go another round now”
