She’s Back, and Hell’s Coming with Her novel Chapter 373

A sleek, understated Maybach was parked quietly by the curb.

Inside, a young man lounged in the back seat, dressed in a silver-gray suit with a pale gray tie. His features were striking—sharp brows, a flawless profile, all accentuated by the way he reclined with his legs crossed, his gaze fixed intently on a young couple across the street.

“Sir, Frank’s just over there. Should I go invite him over?” one of the bodyguards asked respectfully, turning to the man seated behind him.

The man glanced toward the café entrance.

“Have him come here,” he replied, his deep, magnetic voice utterly calm and emotionless.

“Yes, sir.” The bodyguard nodded, opened the car door, and stepped out.

Frank spotted someone heading their way and felt a surge of disbelief.

Shawn wasn’t lying—it really was his brother.

The man approaching was none other than his brother’s bodyguard, Cole.

Peering past Cole, Frank’s eyes landed on the Maybach parked across the street, its black silhouette blending into the night. There was no mistaking it—that was his brother’s car.

As Cole came closer, Frank turned to the girl beside him and lowered his voice. “Sabrina, I want to introduce you to my brother.”

“Not interested,” Sabrina replied without missing a beat.

Frank stared at her, momentarily speechless.

This was bad. If there weren’t any witnesses, his brother would definitely give him an earful.

“Come on, please. Help me out, or he’ll kill me,” Frank muttered, nearly grinding the words through clenched teeth.

Sabrina considered for a second. “Sounds entertaining, actually.”

Frank looked at her in disbelief. “Have you no heart?”

By then, Cole had reached them.

Cole opened the door and gestured for them to enter. Frank and Sabrina stepped in, and Cole closed the door behind them, remaining outside on guard.

Seated in the room was Frank’s older brother—Nixon Chase.

“Bro, what are you doing here?” Frank blurted out, genuinely surprised. Nixon was always busy; what could have brought him all the way to Port City? He’d thought Shawn was joking, but then again, Shawn never lied.

He’d even rushed to a barbershop to undo his ridiculous hairstyle, but hadn’t had time to wash his hair. He’d come straight here, hair a mess, face still a disaster.

If only he’d had more warning, he wouldn’t have had to rush.

“What happened to your face?” Nixon asked, eyes narrowing at the sight of Frank’s battered appearance. The injuries were worse than he’d expected.

Frank forced a crooked smile. “Wrong place, wrong time. Just an accident, really…”

He definitely wasn’t about to tell Nixon the whole story.

Nixon didn’t press him further.
