Elora’s heart trembled a bit, looking towards the Super King Bed. All the memories of her time in
this bed came back to her, and she felt suddenly very hot.
Her heart trembled in anticipation as she changed into a long cotton t-shirt that she always used
to sleep in. Earlier, when she was unpacking, she realized that she didn’t have any “nice” or sexy
bed clothes, as she never needed it.
While she was still debating on which side to take, the door opened and Azriel made his
appearance with only a towel wrapped around his impressive physique.
“Oh Goddess,” Elora exclaimed in her head, as her breath stopped inside her chest. This man was a
piece of art: well-defined muscles that screamed raw power, but when she looked at his face and
met his intense look, she swallowed her saliva.
He approached her like a predator, and when he reached next to her, he took her in his arms princess style and placed her in the middle of the bed.
She looked at him like in a trance, and she saw how his gaze was becoming darker by the minute, a
sign that his wolf was on the surface.
But his next words shocked her to the core, “Little dove, I can’t wait any longer. I need to mark you; my wolf needs to stake his claim. I know that you barely know me, but all I am asking is to trust the
Goddess’ plan.”
Elora’s stomach jumped in anticipation when she heard his words, but instead of becoming
panicked or concerned, she felt safe and desired.
She smiled at him and replied with a simple, “Do it.”
Azriel’s control snapped when he heard her words as he captured her lips in a searing kiss. Their
passion unraveled, as they lost themselves, accepting in full their bond, and when Azriel marked her, something clicked inside her as she felt full.
After their passion diminished, while sitting on his shoulder and touching his chest in slow delicate
moves, Elora left a long breath.
“What is it, my dove?” Azriel asked her. “Are you feeling OK, is something bothering you?”
“I just wish that my wolf were alive. I feel sad for Thunder and also for you. I can’t help myself from
thinking that I am not enough for someone like you,” she said in a small voice.
“Never think that, Lora. Never! You are all I need, and Thunder is in agreement with me. You are
enough, and we are lucky to have you in our lives,” he replied with conviction.

The next morning, after they woke up, Azriel’s gaze lingered proudly on Elora’s mark, a tangible
symbol of their bond. With a sense of determination, he told her that they should get Asher ready,
as he intended to introduce them to the pack and officially accept them as members.
Elora nodded in agreement, her heart fluttering with a mix of nerves and excitement. She quickly
dressed in a long summer dress, choosing something elegant yet practical for the occasion, and
then turned her attention to Asher, ensuring he looked presentable for the gathering.
As they made their way towards the grand festivities’ hall, Elora couldn’t shake the feeling of
scrutiny from the other pack members. She sensed their curious looks and felt the weight of
Azriel’s scent on her skin, a reminder of their bond.
Azriel’s voice rang out through the grand hall, commanding the attention of every pack member gathered there.
“I have an announcement to make,” Azriel began, his tone firm yet filled with a warmth that hadn’t
been present in recent times. “I have found my second chance mate, blessed by the Goddess
herself. I know that this pack needed a Luna and now finally it happened.”
A wave of jubilation swept through the crowd at his proclamation. For years, the pack had yearned for their alpha to find peace and happiness, free from the turmoil of his past struggles. The
prospect of finally having a Luna to support them brought renewed hope and joy to every heart.
But Azriel wasn’t done yet. With a proud smile, he continued, “And I have another piece of good
news to share. I would like to officially introduce my son to the pack.”
Stepping aside, Azriel gestured for Asher to join him at his side. As the young boy stood beside his father, the striking resemblance between them was unmistakable, despite the subtle differences in
their eye color and dimples.
For a brief moment, the hall fell silent, the gravity of the moment sinking in. Everyone was shocked.
Then, as realization dawned on them, the pack erupted into a cacophony of cheers and applause,
their jubilant shouts echoing throughout the hall, even louder than before.
Azriel continued his announcements. “Now, I want everyone to witness their acceptance in our
pack.”
As Azriel signaled to James, the pack’s Beta, to bring forth a ceremonial knife, a solemn hush fell
over the gathering. With practiced precision, Azriel conducted the ritual of acceptance, welcoming Elora and Asher into the folds of the Stormheart pack.
As the ritual concluded, Elora felt a profound sense of belonging wash over her, a feeling she hadn’t experienced since she was cast out of her own pack years ago. Tears welled up in her eyes, reflecting the overwhelming emotions swirling within her.

After their acceptance was completed, during congratulations and warm welcomes from the pack members, Elora couldn’t help but notice the envy in some of the she-wolf gazes. She understood that her newfound position as Azriel’s mate, alongside his status as one of the most eligible bachelors in the werewolf world, would inevitably draw attention, both positive and negative.
But at that moment, surrounded by her new pack family, Elora found solace and strength in their acceptance. It was like a hole inside her chest was filled, and she was able to breathe again.
As Azriel was accepting the congratulations from his pack members, he suddenly received a mind link from the border patrol that Alpha Carter had arrived at the border with a significant number of
warriors.
He linked them back, “Keep them at the border and don’t allow them access to the pack’s territory. am on my way!”
