"If you wouldn't mind stepping out into the hall for a moment, sir. We'll be out of your hair shortly."

The workers ushered both Sienna and Finn out of their respective apartments. Thinking nothing of it, both stepped into the shared hallway. Naturally, they bumped into each other.

Down in the security room, Manager Holloway had already bribed the night shift guards and pulled up the live feed of their floor.

Caspar had demanded a video of their encounter.

"Sienna, don't you find this a little weird? What kind of building management does pipe maintenance at ten o'clock at night?" Finn murmured.

Sienna shot him a sideways glance.

"It's your building. You bought both places."

Inside Sienna's apartment, the worker discreetly dialed Manager Holloway.

"Are we good? We've stalled enough time, haven't we? Can we leave?"

Barnaby replied, "Give it another three to five minutes. That should be plenty."

"Alright, we'll drag it out a little longer."

Hanging up, the worker then texted his partner in Finn's apartment to synchronize their exit.

While the worker was on the phone, Noah had wandered out to use the bathroom and caught the tail end of the conversation.
