Sienna arrived early. Lily hadn't shown up yet, and Isaac was outside taking a call.

She sat alone at a table by the window, watching the pedestrians stroll by on the street outside.

The sun was shining brightly, casting the shadows of the sycamore trees onto the pavement. The leaves rustled softly as the breeze swept through.

Lily pushed the door open and immediately smiled when she saw her.

"You're early." She sat across from Sienna and studied her face. "I saw you sitting here from a mile away. You look so gloomy. Are you in a bad mood?"

Sienna thought about Silas, the burning guilt of the luxury car, and everything Noah had said the night before.

She didn't know how to explain it.

"I'm fine."

Lily gave her a knowing look but didn't push it.

Suddenly, a small commotion broke out near the entrance.

Someone gasped, "What a gorgeous cake!" and several people crowded around to look.

Isaac ended his call and walked back inside.

Lily went over to peek and her eyes widened in shock.

"Oh my god, it's incredibly hard to order from this bakery! You have to reserve it three months in advance. Honey, who sent this to you?"

Isaac checked the card on the box, then looked up at the delivery staff.

"No one mentioned this to me."

The delivery worker double-checked the receipt.

"It was sent by Ms. Sterling."

Lily gasped in delight, covering her mouth.

"Oh my god, bestie! You were planning a surprise for us!"

Isaac looked at Sienna, his tone warm and polite.

"You really shouldn't have spent so much."

Sienna was utterly bewildered.

"I didn't send that."

Just as she was trying to figure out how to explain the mysterious cake, her phone buzzed.

It was Silas.

She exchanged a glance with Lily, then walked over to the window to answer it.

"Did the cake arrive?" Silas's voice was completely flat, betraying no emotion.

"It did," Sienna paused. "You ordered it?"

"I ordered it a while ago and just remembered." Silas paused for a moment. "I didn't tell you in advance again. Thinking back to what you said last night, I figured you'd be upset, so I'm calling to explain."
