Natasha’s eyes flickered, her voice barely audible Uh I gotta per so bad. If you’ve got any strength left, mind carrying me to the bathroom

Jared gave her a long look. “You seriously can’t walk on your own?

She turned her face away, planning to shuffle to the bathroom on her own. But before the could even get out of bed/Jared had already scooped her up in his arms.

“You… Natasha gasped

Jared carried her to the bathroom and set her on the toilet. Do you want me to help you take off your pants?” He asked with a slight smile.

Natasha immediately shook her head like a bobblehead “No thanks’ Just go wait outside. I’ll call you when I’m done;” Natasha said, quick and flustered

Jared could tell she was embarrassed, so he didn’t push it, dropping the teasing. He turned and walked out of the bathroom, waiting just outside the door.

After a moment, Natasha finished up and gave a soft cough to signal she was finished Jared came right in and carried her back to the bedroom, laying her down on the bed.

He looked at her, the amusement in his eyes deepening. Natasha was so embarrassed that she wanted to bury herself under the blanket and never show her face again.

“Hey, nature calls, so quit teasing me!” she grumbled.

Jared arched a brow, and for once, he actually stopped teasing her. Instead, he leaned over and pulled the blanket up around her. I’m giving you the day off. Just rest up. Jared said.

“But…” Natasha hesitated, unsure how to respond. “Didn’t you say employees aren’t allowed to take random days off?” she protested.

Tm the boss now, so what I say goes! And you? You’re my special employee.” Jared shot back.

Natasha wanted to say something else, but Jared had already disappeared into the bathroom. She lay back on the bed, but sleep was impossible; no matter how hard she tried, she just couldn’t drift off.

Even though her body was wiped out, her mind was still hyped buzzing with energy. Twenty minutes later, Jared finally emerged from the bathroom, freshly showered.

At that moment, the doorbell rang, and room service arrived with their breakfast. Noticing that Natasha was still awake. Jared placed the tray carefully by the bed.

Natasha hugged the blanket, didn’t feel like moving, and had zero appetite.

Eat Jared insisted He wouldn’t take no for an answer and tried to feed her himself.

She sat there for a bit, lost in thought, then reached up to rub her forehead, still wore from all the booze last night.

Natasha picked it up and brought it to her nose taking a stuff. If she gurued night, it was probably lemon water for a hangover
