"Would you look at that?" my wolf hissed. "I told you, Madeline is—Does she not remember that she's still married to us?"

My wolf's voice grew harsher as I stepped away from the doorway and headed into the bedroom.

I could tell he was waking up more fully, and I didn't want his scent around the other werewolves.

Once I stepped inside my bedroom, I groaned inwardly and let my wolf vent his anger because nobody could smell us in there.

She spoke hastily, looking apologetic, but when her eyes moved toward Kaylee, I watched a harsh expression form on her face.

"Oh, so you're hiding here?" Yuvonne remarked directly to Kaylee.

"Oh, that's Kaylee. And Kaylee, that's Yuvonne," I said, introducing them.
