Sebastian was completely losing his patience listening to this.
How did they end up with such disgusting relatives?
Juno casually picked up a brick from the ground and abruptly smashed it right into the thug's face.
The loan shark was knocked backward, blood instantly gushing from his nose. He wiped his face and looked at his bloody hand.
"Beat her!!"
"I'd like to see you try!"
Everyone turned to look as Claud strolled over from behind with a group of his men.
The moment Claud stepped up, the thugs froze, completely terrified.
Claud had been a notoriously ruthless boss before he started following Juno and reined it in.
"Boss Claud... you..."
Claud ignored him and turned to Juno. "Go about your business, Ms. Mercer. I'll handle things here."
"Alright."
Juno left without a second thought. Morgan had pulled the car up about fifty feet away.
She turned back to Sebastian. "I don't think we'll be having that lunch today."
Sebastian nodded. "Go take care of your business."
"Will do."
Seeing Juno trying to leave, Aunt Cynthia refused to let it go. She lunged forward and grabbed Juno tightly. "You're not going anywhere!! You haven't agreed to my demands yet! You can't leave until you say yes!"
Juno grabbed Aunt Cynthia by the throat and yanked her close. "Be smart. Get the hell out of my face before I decide to really hurt you!"
She forcefully threw Aunt Cynthia aside and strode away.
Juno took the car straight to LK's headquarters.
Morgan followed her into the building, their path completely unobstructed.
After Juno got in the elevator, a few employees huddled together to gossip.
"It's rare to see Ms. Mercer this angry."
"Right? Even when her aunt came to make a scene last time, she wasn't this furious."
