Chapter 223
BLAKE
I drove the knife between Emma’s ribs with a quick thrust. The blade sank into her flesh with a dull “thud, nothing dramatic, just the sound of steel penetrating skin and muscle.
Blood immediately spread across her white dress. Bright red droplets splattered onto the marble floor, stark against the polished surface.
Emma stumbled back, her mouth hanging open. “Blake, you… you actually stabbed me! What the hell is wrong with you?”
I stared at her, ice running through my veins. “Why shouldn’t I?”
“Are you insane?” She pressed her hand against the wound, panic flashing in her eyes.
“You hurt my son William. You traumatized my daughter Aurora. You’ve tortured Aria for years.” My voice stayed flat, controlled. “Did you honestly think I’d let you get away with it forever?”
Emma’s face contorted as she shifted tactics. “It wasn’t my fault! God, Blake, you have to believe me!”
“Do I?”
“Aria pushed me to the edge! She kept provoking me!” Emma’s voice cracked. “William just jumped in front when 1- She cut herself off.
“When you what? When you tried to murder Aria at her wedding?” I stepped closer.
“And that freak child of yours attacked me first!” Emma spat.
Something snapped inside me. “Call my daughter a freak one more time. See what happens.”
Emma switched to pitiful mode, her eyes welling with tears. “Blake, it hurts so bad. Please, take me to the hospital. I’m bleeding out
here!”
I didn’t move an inch. Not a shred of sympathy crossed my mind. “Emma, Aria warned me years ago what a psychotic bitch you really are.
I should’ve listened.”
“She’s the liar! She’s always lied about me!”
“Cut the crap, Emma. Your crimes are being exposed because you finally showed your true colors. I circled her slowly. “Aurora was protecting her mother and brother from you. And you brought a knife to the wedding, planning to murder my family.”
Emma’s eyes darted around desperately.

Chapter 223
:
“How goddamn dare you stand here, making up pathetic lies and begging for help? After everything you’ve done?”
Emma saw the clarity in my eyes, finally realizing her manipulation wouldn’t work anymore. She collapsed to the floor, abandoning all
pretense.

“Fine! Yes, I brought the knife to kill them before the ceremony!” She practically snarled. ‘I found out you left your entire fortune to them in your will. I wanted those brats and their mother dead!”
My jaw tightened as rage flooded through me.
“My plan was bulletproof, she continued, venom dripping from every word. “Kill William and Aurora, and Aria would crash and burn from grief. She wouldn’t last a week.”
“And you thought I’d still marry you after that?” I asked, disgusted.
Emma laughed, high and manic. “You’d never know it was me. Just like you never figured out I got rid of Aaron and Dr. Smith. Nobody suspected a thing.” Her face twisted with hate. “My only regret is not expecting that weird kid to throw me across the room like a rag
doll.
I didn’t respond to her confession. Instead, I picked up the bloody knife from the floor.
Emma’s eyes widened. “What are you-*
I plunged the knife into her stomach, harder this time. The blade tore through flesh with a sickening sound.
“You stabbed me again!” Emma screamed, clutching her new wound. “You already stabbed me once, you psychopath!”
“One stab wasn’t enough,” I said coldly. “The first was for William. This one’s for plotting to destroy my family.”
I pressed the knife against her again. “You killed Aaron. You drove Aria to the brink of suicide.”
Another cut.
“You played innocent while I trusted you, making Aria suffer even more.”
Another slice.
“Christine poisoned Aria because of you, ruining her health. My twins have suffered since birth because of your sick jealousy.”
With each accusation, I inflicted another wound, carefully avoiding vital organs. Emma’s screams echoed through the empty hall, raw and
primal.
“Blake, why am I paying for Christine’s actions?” she shrieked.

“Because you ordered it, I answered flatly.
:
‘You’re a monster! A complete heartless monster!” She sobbed as blood soaked through her dress.
When I finished, Emma lay on the floor broken and bloody, her outfit ruined. I set the knife down, my hand steady.
