Reborn: Apocalypse Ready. War Goddess by My Side novel Chapter 115

“S–rank Divine Sigils are not something you should rely on or feel proud of. They’re only your ticket to the

else!” top. You should work harder than everyone

When Vita heard those words, her heart stirred.

Could she really defeat Steven one day? Probably not that easily…

He was definitely not an ordinary B–rank.

At noon, Steven received a message from Bianca.

Just a smiling emoji.

A smile appeared on Steven’s face too.

Not wanting to argue with those people was one thing.

But letting Bianca suffer because of him was another.

Since everyone kept saying he was not worthy of Bianca, he decided to prove them wrong.

Most of Steven’s spare time was spent absorbing divine crystals to evolve.

In the afternoon, they had two classes: Divine Sigil Theory and Beast Studies.

Each class lasted an hour, with a fifteen–minute break in between.

Classes started at 2:00 p.m. and ended at 4:15 p.m. After that, the rest of the day was theirs to manage.

Tomorrow morning would officially begin combat training. For a long time, most of their training would focus on virtual battles and sparring against classmates. Later on, it would shift into real combat along with special training for strength, speed, combat skills, and more.

One year later, anyone who failed to evolve into a Two–Sigil would be eliminated.

Those who stayed would begin live hunting field training.

Everyone grew stronger step by step.

As for the theory classes, they would only continue for about half a year. After that, students would have to study and improve on their own.

Naturally, Steven had no interest in those classes at all.

His combat experience was far beyond anything the teachers could explain.

Even while sitting in class, he quietly continued absorbing divine crystals to evolve.

“Look at Steven Luke said with a laugh. “He’s seriously working hard. I’m getting jealous.”

“You can evolve with hintoo.” Chad joked.

Seamus quickly shook his head. “No thanks. I’d rather listen to class. If I trained like him, I feel like I’d lose my mind.”

Steven only smiled faintly.

“You guys pay attention in class. I already know all this stuff.”

He had come to the academy for two reasons. First, Bianca. Second, these friends of his.

Living his life all over again might feel dull sometimes, but it was a road he had to walk. Some feelings ran too deep to let go.

And he was pushing himself to grow stronger so quickly because he needed to prepare for the missions that were coming.

Time waited for no one.

The teacher began the lesson.

“That stretching process is evolution.

“When your first Sigil finally reaches its limit and can’t hold

power, what do you need next?”

A student quickly answered, “A new balloon!”

The teacher laughed and pointed at him. “Exactly! That new balloon is your future Two–Sigil! And how do you find that?”

The lecture continued on and on.

Most of the students listened carefully and took the lesson seriously.

Only Steven sat quietly in the corner, silently absorbing energy from a divine crystal.

Inside the director’s office, Frank pushed open the door.

The first thing he saw was the white–haired Atwater. Sitting nearby was Fiona, the girl many students called the campus belle.

She looked cold and elegant. Her smooth skin seemed covered in a pale silver glow.

Her long, flawless legs stretched out beneath the chair, impossible not to notice.

Frank only glanced once before grinning.

“Oh? Fiona’s here too.”

Fiona gave a calm nod. “Hi, Mr. Reid.”
