Knowing he was up to no good, Scarlett nodded anyway, "Sure, go ahead."

Tugged at his shirt, Damian asked, "Got any loungewear I can borrow?"

Scarlett looked put on the spot, "Let me check the closet; maybe there's an oversized tee you can squeeze into."

Damian nodded eagerly, "Great, take a look."

Standing in the sky-blue bedroom, his broad frame looked completely out of place.

Scarlett opened her wardrobe, sifting through hanging clothes before pulling out an extra-large white t-shirt.

Handing it over, she gave him an apologetic look, "This is all I've got—think you can make it work?"

Damian knitted his brows, hesitating to take it.

Though it looked huge on paper, would it be way too tight on his shoulders?

As he mulled over his options, Scarlett added, "If it doesn't fit, I can run to my brother's room to borrow a sweater."

Hearing she was going to Nathan, Damian snatched the shirt immediately, "No need, this works fine!"

Grabbing the tee, he rushed straight into the bathroom.

He was terrified that if she asked Nathan for clothes, her brother might banish him to the guest room.

Watching his hasty retreat, Scarlett couldn't help letting out a giggle.

When Damian stepped out of the bathroom after his shower, he was still wearing his own clothes.

The white tee was hilariously tiny, barely covering his midriff, so he had scrapped the idea.

Toweling his hair, he looked around for Scarlett and spotted her spreading a blanket on the couch.

Surprised, Damian asked, "Are you... setting that up for me?"

Scarlett kept her back turned, hands busy smoothing out the blanket, "Yeah, you take the bed, I'll take the couch."

Damian objected immediately, "No way. Either you take the bed and I take the couch, or we share the bed."

Pausing her hands, Scarlett straightened up and turned to face him, "You're on the bed, I'm on the couch."
