But when her eyes landed on Lucian, they instantly lit up with blatant hunger.

"Mina, found him in the woods," Lucky answered, his eyes glued shamelessly to Mina's chest.

Mina rolled her hips under Lucky's sleazy stare and strutted right up to Lucian. She reached out, fully intending to stroke his face. "Well, aren't you a handsome one."

The moment her fingertips were about to graze Lucian's skin, two hands shot out simultaneously to block her.

One was Lucian's, and the other was Seraphina's.

It was as if Mina hadn't even registered Seraphina's presence until that very second.

She looked Seraphina up and down. When she noted Seraphina's torn and disheveled clothes, a knowing smirk crept onto her lips.

She shot Lucian a filthy look. "Didn't expect you to be so wild out in the woods."

Even though Lucian kept his face perfectly composed, his eyes shifted away in disgust.
