Let’s Divorce Mrs. Wright Is Done Playing Nice novel Chapter 984

Now Stella was claiming the map was hidden inside an antique book in Litt’s study.

Aaron found it almost impossible to believe.

Then Amos’s operation that night flashed through his mind.

He drew in a deep breath.

“You’re trying to avenge Evan tonight. You’re coordinating with Amos, aren’t you?”

He had exposed her plan directly.

She was not even trying to hide what she was doing.

First, she had lured Felix away.

Now she was targeting Aaron.

Did she think they were both idiots?

“A lot of people want that map,” Stella said. “Either you help me retrieve the book, or I’ll ask someone else to do it.”

Aaron said nothing.

“I’m sure plenty of people would be willing to help me.”

The moment she revealed where the map was hidden, chaos would break out.

“Stella!”

“You know exactly what will happen if I release that information. The people in Eirden alone will be enough to keep you busy.”

By then, getting anywhere near Litt would become far more difficult.

“You’re lying, aren’t you?” Aaron asked.

“Are you willing to gamble on that?”

Whether the information was true or false hardly mattered.

The moment it got out, someone would go and verify it.

What if it was true?

Aaron’s breathing grew heavier.

“Do you have any idea what you’re doing?”

“You’re always reminding me that I’m a member of the Hogarth family,” Stella replied. “Now, as the princess of the Hogarth family, I’ve found the map you’ve been searching for, and you’re still unhappy.”

“Being your sister is exhausting.”

Aaron said nothing.
