I Stopped Loving Him When He Let Me Bleed Out novel Chapter 211

Sienna Sterling stepped forward, only to be blocked by the outstretched arms of two brawny bodyguards.

She looked past their heavy limbs, her gaze fixing on Grant Fletcher sitting in the back of the car.

Grant didn't spare her a glance. His eyes brimmed with blatant disdain as he turned his head and ordered his driver.

"Drive."

Sienna raised her voice.

"Mr. Fletcher, hasn't it crossed your mind that you missed a crucial piece of information?"

She didn't shout, but the night wind carried her words effortlessly through the open car window.

Grant's hand paused.

He slowly turned his head. His predatory gaze landed on Sienna's face, inching over her as if he wanted to flay her alive.

"Sienna, know when to stop. If you keep pestering us, I'll make sure you regret it."

Sienna stood her ground, completely unfazed.

"I'm just giving you a heads-up, Mr. Fletcher."

Grant stared at her for two heavy seconds before waving her closer.

Sienna stepped up to the car window.

"Speak," Grant demanded, his voice tight with suppressed rage.

Sienna lowered her voice.

"Quincy Quinn. Have you really never suspected him?"

Grant's expression shifted drastically.

"What are you trying to say?"

"Quincy is Yolanda's lover."

"Bullshit! That's utterly ridiculous!"

Sienna held his gaze.

"Is it? I have the evidence right here. If you want to see it, I can show you right now."

"You think I'd believe a word out of your mouth?" Grant's words were harder and colder than stone.

It hit Sienna then. Grant didn't want to confront the truth; he was willfully deceiving himself.

"Who the hell do you think you are?" Grant's voice rose, much harsher than before. "Some girl from a small town who studied medicine for a few years, scrounged up a staff position at a hospital, and suddenly thinks she can turn the world upside down? Watch me. I can have you thrown out of that hospital by tomorrow morning."

Sienna took a step back, putting distance between them.

Sienna looked up at him, standing as unyielding as a deeply rooted tree.

"I haven't done anything to feel guilty about, so why should I be the one to die? The ones who deserve ruin are your family. Need I remind you, one of you was dragged away in handcuffs tonight."

Ford laughed bitterly, entirely dropping his perfect facade.

"You think you've actually gotten your revenge? The Fletcher family is far more powerful than you can comprehend. Just wait. Your career is over."

Smirking, Ford got into the car. The headlights flicked on, the engine roared to life, and the black sedan merged into the night, its taillights fading into the distance.

Sienna stood alone on the curb.

The cold night wind swirled around her.

She pulled out her phone, opened a specific chat thread, selected every chat log and intimate photo saved from Quincy's phone, and hit send.

"Release all of it in three days. Don't hold a single picture back."

The reply came almost instantly.

"Received."

Quincy Quinn was transferred to the main Metropolis police precinct, and Arthur Winston had relocated as well.
