"Of course I am!"
"You're just too scared to admit you have problems! How dare a mentally unstable person run a counseling clinic?! You're a fraud out to ruin people's lives!"
Security finally arrived and dragged the woman out.
But the video had already been uploaded.
By noon, Virginia's phone began buzzing incessantly.
Holly handed over an iPad, her face ashen. "Virginia, you need to see what's on Twitter..."

The comment section was filled with identical remarks.
"A therapist with mental illness? Who would dare go to her?"
"No wonder people said her treatment methods were extreme. Turns out she's messed up herself."
"Divorced, depressed, fired from a hospital... That resume is terrifying. Can someone like this even be a therapist?"
Virginia scrolled through two pages before locking the screen.
These were clearly paid internet trolls stirring the pot. It wasn't hard to guess whose handiwork this was.
She should have been indifferent, but the malicious words still managed to get under her skin.
She leaned back in her chair and had just closed her eyes when rushed footsteps echoed outside the door. "Virginia, we have a problem!"
It was Amy from reception.
She had practically sprinted in, a thin layer of sweat breaking out on her forehead.
"Virginia, there are... more people outside. Not just one, a whole group!"
She lifted her gaze to scan their faces, quickly reviewing the recent patient files in her mind.
Some of the people they mentioned were indeed her patients, but the claim that their symptoms had all deteriorated... was a little too coordinated.
Psychological counseling inherently involves 'lifting the lid' on trauma, and short-term emotional turbulence is completely normal.
Before starting therapy, all of them had signed informed consent forms with their families, and thorough expectation management had been provided.
But reasoning with a mob of emotional relatives right now would be pointless.
"Everyone."
She raised a hand to signal them to calm down, then shot Holly a look.
Holly immediately began dispersing the onlookers, while Amy quickly set up partition screens to separate the waiting area from the chaos.
Virginia continued, "I understand your concerns. I keep comprehensive records for every single client. If you have any questions regarding the treatment process, we can pull up the files one by one and sit down to talk."
