She knew the Hudson family was behind the recent betrayals, and she was well aware that as the heir, Ian couldn't possibly be completely in the dark.
Their plan to force her into marriage and sell Lily out to the Croix family was utterly repulsive.
It had completely destroyed whatever bond they had built over the years.
Chloe sighed heavily. "I have no idea what's gotten into him. He rarely loses control, but he made a catastrophic mistake when it came to you."
It was as if the sheer terror of losing her had clouded his judgment.
He had used all the wrong methods—using Lily's name to force a marriage, keeping secrets, and stepping on the people Raelynn cared about most to get his way. Chloe knew the damage was irreversible.
"It's in the past," Raelynn said simply.
She didn't want to dwell on it. She and Ian had never shared any real emotional connection anyway. Beyond her initial shock at their ruthless choices, she didn't feel much of anything else.
Businessmen prioritize profit above all else.
She understood the logic, but she absolutely refused to play along.
A bitter taste lingered in Chloe's mouth.
But she dropped the subject.
The Yves Garden Estate was buzzing with activity.
Dozens of luxury cars were already lined up at the entrance.
Raelynn and Chloe wheeled Rowan inside. After asking for Dr. Evelyn Hayes's location, they headed straight toward her.
Dr. Hayes had just finished greeting some acquaintances.
Spotting Raelynn pushing Rowan's wheelchair, she immediately walked over.
Her eyes softened with pity as she stepped closer. "Is Rowan doing any better?"
Rowan looked exhausted, her gaze unfocused.
She didn't respond.
Raelynn shook her head gently. "She hasn't had any major outbursts lately. She'll get there."
Dr. Hayes let out a sympathetic sigh. "Don't you worry. I know plenty of elite medical experts. We'll consult with them and create a comprehensive treatment plan."
Raelynn smiled.
That was a comforting thought.
Given Dr. Hayes's prestigious background, she had connections with top-tier specialists all over the globe.
"Madam, Sylvia Dalton and Sierra Yves are here. They asked to see you," the butler announced, not bothering to hide the information from Raelynn.

The readers' comments on the novel: Boss, Your Wife Signed the Divorce Agreement Before the Wedding
Sebastian, the man of few words.... needs to find all the words! Needs to fight for her! On note, seven years seems like a long time for this master plan (which I am sure goes back much farther). Rereading this novel, and it seems like everything has played out in a 5-8 month time span. And I feel like all Sebastian's doings/ plan have not been revealed. I hope we get to see the whole picture and have the resolutions we hope. But seven years of mistreatment, I just don't see Raelynn fully coming back. If these was 2-3 years, maybe, and I know it changes some characters around, but it would still work. Rooting for them!...
Literally on edge!...
No, no, no! Sebastian needs to nip the Zella situation and win Raelynn back! Also, Leo, he is a wildcard for Sebastian's master plan... Sebastian- we know you know, what we know, win your family back!...
I thought now Sebastian and Raelynn will be together now that seraphina is not but you are not letting them to be. Two new female around Sebastian 😭...
I think Ian is sly. He is not what he seems. Sebastian loves Raelyn and they have a daughter together. Besides he has no family to even take care of him. I feel Raelyn should realise that Sebastian is only her true love and go back to him....
The croix family is evil...
