Jonathan gently patted Sienna's shoulder. "The police department has lifted your suspension.

Director Holden cleared all the relevant records, so it won't affect your promotion. You can go back to work as soon as you're discharged."

Warmth bloomed in Sienna's chest, knowing perfectly well how hard Jonathan had fought for her. "Thank you, Jonathan."
