Natasha suddenly shivered. She quickened her pace and rushed toward the door.

Suddenly, something caught her foot. She stumbled forward and fell straight into a man’s chest.

The man teased, “Sweetheart. You’re mine tonight.”

Before Natasha could react, the man had already pinned her beneath him. His large hands began tearing at her dress.

“Let go of me,” Natasha shouted desperately as she struggled with all her strength, kicking and pushing.

But it was useless. The man was far stronger than she was. His movements were rough and violent.

Natasha stood no chance against him.

The man sneered. “Damn, I love the wild ones.”

His vulgar voice mixed with crude laughter stabbed into Natasha’s ears.

Fury surged through Natasha. Her foot accidentally kicked against a raised metal edge near the wall.

A sharp pain shot through her instantly, making her suck in a breath.

Just then, a deep and commanding male voice suddenly rang out above them. “Let her go.”

Natasha and the man on top of her both froze and turned to look.

Under the dim neon lights, Jared’s handsome face was shrouded in an icy chill.

“Jared, we’ve got rules here. I picked this one first,” the man said.

The man was unwilling to give up what he thought was his prize. He felt extremely annoyed.

Even though he was afraid of Jared, he still wanted to fight him for the woman.

Jared let out a cold laugh, his eyes dangerously calm. “Rules? Here, I make the rules.”

The man was already drunk and blinded by lust. With the alcohol running through him, he didn’t care about consequences

anymore.

He lifted his chin and shouted arrogantly, “I got here first. If you wanna play, you can wait till I’m…”

Jared hated it when people challenged his bottom line.

Before the man could finish speaking, Jared grabbed him, lifted him up, and threw him straight off the yacht.

Everything happened too fast. By the time Natasha reacted, the man was already splashing in the sea below, shouting for help.

“You…” Natasha stared at Jared in shock. She hadn’t expected him to save her again.

And this time, she looked even worse than before. An awkward and humiliating feeling washed over her.

Jared’s eyes swept over her disheveled body. He ignored the faint ache that flashed through his heart.

Looking at her, Jared frowned and questioned coldly, “Why are you in a place like this?”

“I…” Natasha’s expression stiffened slightly. Her red lips parted, but the words wouldn’t come out.

She thought, ‘What am I supposed to say? Tell him the truth? That my brother forced me to come here to beg him for help?’

“What’s wrong? Cat got your tongue?” Jared asked again.

When he saw that she remained silent for so long, Jared’s face darkened even more.

Natasha bit her lip, feeling completely at a loss. By now, she had already realized what kind of party this yacht was hosting tonight.

Everywhere she looked were tangled bodies of men and women, The air was filled with shameless flirting and decadence.

If it hadn’t been for Collin, she would never have come here.

A thought suddenly crossed Natasha’s mind. ‘Does Mr. Rundell think I came here to sell myself too?

‘Damn. Now there’s no way to explain this.’

Jared stared at her sharply. “Say something.”

Natasha’s body trembled slightly. She finally spoke. “Thank you.”

After saying that, she turned without hesitation and walked quickly toward the exit.

Watching her anxious figure leaving, Jared let out an annoyed laugh. Without thinking, he grabbed her wrist and held it

“So a verbal thank you is enough?” Jared’s voice clearly carried suppressed anger.

Natasha turned around and blinked at him in confusion. “Then what else do you want?”

Jared’s gaze drifted down over her body.

Natasha had already been forced by Collin to wear a low-cut revealing dress tonight, and it had just been torn by that man.

The thin fabric barely covered her tempting curves, teasing the most sensitive instincts of a man.

Jared suddenly felt a surge of heat rush through his lower abdomen.

Earlier on the yacht, so many women had been dressed even more provocatively. They had flirted openly and tried to seduce him, yet Jared had felt nothing.

But after he looked at Natasha for just a few seconds, desire burned through him uncontrollably.

Seeing that he wasn’t speaking and was only staring at her, Natasha felt uneasy. His gaze looked like that of a predator studying its prey.

Natasha’s heart tightened. It felt like he might swallow her whole at any moment.

“You… what exactly do you want?” Natasha asked.

“Come with me.” Jared pulled her straight into his arms and strode away with her.

But after only two steps, Natasha suddenly cried out softly in pain and couldn’t move anymore.

“What’s wrong?” Jared turned to look at her.

Natasha pressed her lips together, standing awkwardly with one leg tilted. Her face had gone pale.

His gaze lowered and landed on her foot, which was bleeding. His brows immediately knitted together.

Then Jared walked over, bent down, slid one arm under her knees, and lifted her into his arms.

Natasha instinctively struggled to get down.

Jared glanced at her coldly. “Hospital or cabin. Your choice.”

There was a medical kit on the yacht. Jared could carry her to a cabin and treat the wound himself.

But Natasha didn’t want to stay on this yacht for even one more second.

Especially not alone with him in a cabin. Who knew what might happen.

Without missing a beat, she blurted out, “Hospital.”

The yacht soon docked. The Sea and Sky Feast ended early that night, leaving many people feeling disappointed.

Jared personally drove Natasha to the nearest hospital. It was late at night, and there were not many patients there.

Jared carried Natasha inside with long strides, instantly attracting many curious looks.

“Wow, that’s a princess carry.”

“That guy is so handsome, oh my god.”

“I wish I were that girl.”

Although Natasha couldn’t clearly hear what they were saying, she could feel the envious looks directed at her.

She turned her head and looked at Jared’s sharply sculpted face.

‘He really is unbelievably handsome from every angle. No wonder women notice him wherever he goes.’ Natasha sighed inwardly.

As if sensing her gaze, Jared lowered his head, and their eyes met.

Natasha suddenly felt her breathing become uneven. Her body began heating up.

‘Not now… this is really not the time for my condition to act up, she scolded herself.

But being held so close in Jared’s arms, their bodies pressed together and their breaths mingling, Natasha could clearly smell the faint scent of tobacco on his clothes and feel his body heat.

It was impossible not to feel anything. Natasha quickly turned her head away, refusing to meet his eyes again. Jared noticed her avoidance, and his eyes dimmed slightly. But the arms holding her tightened unconsciously. Natasha had originally tried to keep some distance from him, but now she was forced completely against his chest.

Listening to his strong and rapid heartbeat, Natasha could barely breathe, her breathing completely chaotic

For her, this was pure torture. She thought, ‘Don’t push me into eating him.

Fortunately, Jared soon carried her into the emergency room and placed her on the bed

Natasha finally let out a long breath of relief.

The doctor examined the wound on the top of her foot and found a deep, ugly tear that required three stitches

Natasha was almost scared out of her mind. She had been afraid of needles since she was a child, let alone stitches

“I’m not doing it, Natasha said as she tried to climb off the bed.

But a large hand immediately pressed her back down.
