A Female Alpha’s Revenge (Adelaide) novel Chapter 894

Chapter 894

Third Person’s POV

The article ended by portraying Abigail as ugly, rude, and lacking any refinement. It claimed she had been cursed by the Moon Goddess and was destined to become a rogue, doomed to suffer humiliation in the

black market.

After finishing the essays, Adelaide felt both amused and exasperated. The childish accusations were exactly what she would expect from a group of teenagers.

She glanced at the students’ names, and, as expected, it was the same group.

Adelaide put down the assignments and looked at Abigail.

“Do you want me to handle this, or would you rather deal with them yourself?”

Abigail replied, “I’m their teacher, so I’ll take care of it. Something this small isn’t worth bothering you over.”

She paused for a moment before continuing.

“I’m actually curious. They’ve been at the Royal Academy since they were kids and got a basic education. So how does a few-hundred-word essay end up half-full of grammar mistakes and misspellings? Have they not been studying at all?”

Adelaide was taken aback and picked up the assignments again for a closer look.

Abigail was not wrong. The essays were full of tense errors, the students didn’t even understand basic sentence structure, and their vocabulary was no better than a five-year-old pup’s. They barely used any formal language at all.

“So,” Adelaide asked, “that’s what upset you? The grammar mistakes?”

Abigail nodded seriously. “Don’t underestimate these mistakes. They all come from prominent packs, and their lunas have always hired private tutors for them. How could they still make so many basic errors? I suspect they simply aren’t taking their studies seriously. This kind of attitude will affect them for the rest of their lives.”

As she spoke, the outlines of claws appeared at her fingertips, a barely audible growl pressed deep in her throat, and the burnt scent in the air grew stronger.

“Especially Laila. Think about it-her Styxwarden Pack has an alpha like Stanley, a scholar. I really can’t understand how she can’t even write a basic essay,” Abigail added.

Adelaide nodded and flipped through several other students’ essays.

Some were actually well written, with neat handwriting, appropriate word choice, and natural sentence structure, showing that they had actually put effort into their work.

She put the assignments back on the table.

“But do you mind that they deliberately mocked your past with Eugene?”

Abigail’s scent didn’t change in the slightest. Adelaide looked directly into her wolf eyes and found ber expression calm, without a trace of embarrassment.

“I am here to fulfill my vision, to share knowledge with more she-wolves and inspire their minds. As for those baseless rumors, I don’t give a damn,” Abigail replied.

She even smiled after saying this.

She was a decisive she-wolf whose composure and elegance outshone that of many he-wolves.

“As for Laila and the others, I trust you can handle them, so I won’t interfere,” Adelaide said. ”

“Rest assured,” Abigail replied.

“I haven’t done anything yet because I want to see what they’re really like. But if those three genuinely don’t want to study, I’ll ask you to remove them from the academy. This opportunity shouldn’t go to students who don’t appreciate it.”

Adelaide nodded in agreement.

“Of course, you’re absolutely right. This opportunity isn’t something everyone gets. Let’s hope they learn to appreciate it.”

Abigail actually wasn’t confident about the future of the She-Wolf Academy and wasn’t sure how long it could survive. She could only hope the Moon Goddess would bless her and allow her to keep the academy going a little longer.

She knew all too well the future paths available to she-wolves in this country. Even in a pack like Styxwarden, which valued education, Stanley never expected his daughter Camilla to pursue an academic path.

Most packs expected she-wolves to find a fated mate from an allied pack, form their mate bond early, become a luna, and use that connection to strengthen the pack’s standing.

As for academic achievements in the academy, no one cared.

When Adelaide left Abigail’s office, she saw several girls approaching, laughing and joking among themselves.
