“She did. I am telling you the truth.” I lowered my hands and looked at him, letting him see the pain in my eyes, the anguish I had perfected over years of practice. “Celeste has been having an affair with my husband, Dominic. I caught them having sex in one of his houses. I confronted her at Helix and she humiliated me in front of everyone. She accused me of sleeping with her husband and everyone believed her because she has Dominic’s money and Dominic’s protection.”

He was shaking his head, his face twisted with confusion and denial. “No. That does not sound like Celeste.”

“You must have seen the news that Dominic donated five billion dollars to Helix.”

“Yes. I saw it.”

“That was because she was sleeping with him. That was the price of her pussy. Five billion dollars for a married woman who already had a husband, who already had everything, but she still wanted more. She wanted my husband too.”
