The two of them stumbled forward, locked in an embrace.

They fell straight onto the large bed.

With a muffled thud, a blanket of rose petals exploded into the air like a wave of crimson snow.

The petals rained down softly, dusting their tangled figures in a hazy, romantic hue.

"Nora," Maloney murmured, his lips brushing against her ear. "Happy one-year dating anniversary."
