Chapter 315
Alice had underestimated Fifth Brother’s shamelessness. Had he always been this shameless? She hadn’t had much interaction with him in her past life. Chloe had been with Garrett Yates, focused on marrying into the Yates family, so there was no mention of Fifth Brother and Chloe.
Finn yelled, “Alice, I’m your brother! Are you really so unwilling to pay?”
“You think you deserve it?” Alice didn’t want to waste any more time and left the private room.
She heard Finn demanding money from Luke, mentioning his childhood allowance and asking for it back. Alice laughed; Fifth Brother was unbelievably shameless. She’d had enough of the Chloe show for one day. After today, she was curious to see if Ethan would continue to tolerate Chloe and his “blood is thicker than water” nonsense. Honestly, she was looking forward to it.
Alice reached the entrance of Pear Orchard and glanced back at the private room where she’d had dinner with Jack. They’d kissed by the window.
Suddenly, a line of luxury cars pulled up, stunning her. Someone important must be dining here. She instinctively moved aside, but several bodyguards in black suits approached her. What was happening?
unison, “Miss, please get in the car.”
The bodyguards lined up, speaking in
speaking in unison, “Miss,
Alice was startled.“Are you mistaken?”
“Miss Windham, Madam Wilson sent us to pick you up.”
Madam Wilson? Alice thought about her relationship with Jack. After encountering Madam Wilson and Julia in the elevator at Pear Orchard, Madam Wilson must know who she is. She guessed what Madam Wilson wanted.
A WhatsApp message arrived from Madam Wilson: [The driver is mine. Don’t worry.]
Alice got into the car without hesitation.
“Alice, where are you going?” Alice saw the Windham family members leaving Pear Orchard; Finn and Chloe looked terrible. She wondered who ended up paying the bill. Alice ignored Luke and left.
Luke chased after the car, anxiously calling Alice, but she didn’t answer. “Sixth Brother, where did, Alice go?”
Chloe was envious of the car fleet. The cars were expensive. Who picked Alice up?
Luke looked at the cars,
cars, worried. “I don’t know. She didn’t answer my call.
Finn approached in his wheelchair, covered in food. “I underestimated Alice. She’s becoming increasingly arrogant. Did she find a powerful backer?”
Chloe wondered. “But she doesn’t have any known backers. Could it be Madam Wilson?”
Finn sneered. “Madam Wilson is a VIP. There’s no way she’d send a car for Alice. Does that dead girl think she’s that important?”
Chloe agreed. Alice couldn’t be that influential.
Luke, still worried, texted Alice: [Whose car did you take? Call me if anything happens.]
Alice glanced at the message but didn’t reply. She didn’t need to tell the Windham family about her relationship with the Wilson family.

Chapter 315
Soon, Alice arrived at a beauty salon. It was high–end. Someone approached her.“Miss Windham, please follow me.”
Alice changed into a robe and entered a private room, where she found Madam Wilson lying on a chair, wearing a face mask.
“Alice, you came!” Madam Wilson sat up. Try lying down too. This salon’s techniques are good.”
Before Alice could react, she was on a reclining chair, having things applied to her face and ‘receiving a massage.
Alice felt nervous and confused. Madam Wilson knew about her and Jack. Shouldn’t Madam Wilson be giving her a check to leave Jack? She didn’t understand Madam Wilson’s actions.
After the massage, Alice felt relaxed. She sat up.“You didn’t just call me for a massage, did you?”
You’re right. There’s something else.” Madam Wilson clapped, and several people brought gift bags, surrounding Alice.
Alice looked at the bags. “Madam Wilson, just say what you want to say. No need for all this build–up.”
Madam Wilson gestured for them to leave. She sighed, looking at Alice. “I know this might make things awkward.” Before knowing Alice’s identity, she liked her.
Alice spoke first. Jack and I broke up.”
“What?” Madam Wilson was surprised. She’d tried to convince Jack to break up but failed. Was Alice aware of something?
Alice’s tone was calm. He hid his identity from me. I considered it deception, so I broke up with
xhim.”
Madam Wilson looked at Alice with guilt. Jack probably hadn’t told her about the car accident. Madam Wilson took Alice’s hand. The Wilson family owes you an apology. I will compensate you. Would you be willing to be my goddaughter?”
Goddaughter? Alice’s eyes flashed with irony. Was this Madam Wilson’s compensation? Madam Wilson held her hand.“Child, I didn’t mean to humiliate you. As my daughter, no one will dare bully you.” She truly wanted to make amends, especially after learning about Alice’s difficult life in the Windham family. She hadn’t slept well for days.
Alice was uncomfortable with Madam Wilson’s kindness. “Madam Wilson, you don’t have to. Jack and I are really over, and I won’t bother him again.”
“It’s not about him. I simply want a daughter. I’ve prepared many gifts for you. Take them.” Alice saw Madam Wilson handing her boxes. She opened one to reveal a set of luxury car keys. and a stack of property deeds. She was stunned. Madam Wilson hadn’t given her a check, but a car and a villa?
Before Alice could react, Madam Wilson handed her a document. I’m serious. As my daughter, you can inherit my assets. Just sign, and you’ll own everything in this document.” Alice looked at the assets, including shares, worth over a hundred million. Madam Wilson practically begged her to sign.
Alice didn’t move.“Madam Wilson…”
“Call me Godmother! You must accept these gifts! You must become part of the Wilson family
today!

The readers' comments on the novel: Six Brothers Plea for Forgiveness (Alice)
This story is incomplete!!! You get us into the story then you leave us with a cliff hanger. Plus there's so many errors. It is obvious that English is second ( or 3rd) language. Author has mixed up names on several characters. Mixed up he/she , him/her. Made story too long by repetitive sentences. Made it look like the reader wasnt able to retain parts of the story by repeating certain aspects. I know authors do that but this author did it too often. This story lets you see what an eye for an eye would mean to some cultures. Needs MAJOR proof reading. Pro: great family drama. The one emotion you feel the most in this story is anger & discuss. There are a few funny (actually hilarious) parts in there. You want the good guy to win even though he may been at fault for something. You want justice for Alice and you want to see her independent from her brothers totally. I feel the author is on the right track but just needs to clean it up....
Except Alice's and Jack's names, all other names are mixed. And why there is LUKE'S FATHER instead of EATHEN...
I want yo ask that wht Alice's surname is keep on changing from Wolsh to Windham to Lu???? And Andrew to Garett? And Jane's name to Chloe as well...
