Reborn: Apocalypse Ready. War Goddess by My Side novel Chapter 238

Chapter 238 His Ideas

Frished

One level 4 beast crystal was worth ten thousand level I crystals, which was more than enough to cover his immediate needs.

A single crystal was also far less conspicuous than an armful of smaller ones.

Steven found himself turning over an idea as he walked back. Maybe it was worth modifying his battle armor at some point to include a small cavity for beast crystals, so he could run Beast Energy Conversion even outside the safehouse without anyone noticing.

That day passed without incident, smooth and unremarkable

They placed the fourth Celestial Eye exactly as planned, without a single complication.

In the days that followed, Steven spent his daylight hours evolving his Wind–Fire Divine Sigil and his nights running Beast Energy Conversion.

The real, all–out push had begun.

Back in Rowenville, inside the Awakened Academy’s hunting grounds, a cluster of students gathered around a monitoring screen with expressions of complete disbelief.

“Bianca is absolutely out of her mind. Two weeks in and she’s already at level 12. She’s cutting through level 2 beasts like they’re nothing.”

“SSS–rank really is on a completely different level.”

“She’s not just talented, though. She’s been grinding nonstop. Apparently she hasn’t attended a single lecture since term started. It’s been virtual combat chambers, hunting grounds, and combat art drills, one after another with no breaks at all.”

“The most gifted people are always the ones who work the hardest. Every single time.”

“Rumor is the Academy has Divine Generals hunting outside the city walls specifically to restock the

r hunting grounds for her. She’s basically cleared out the beginner tier at this point.”

“Completely wild.”

“She’s not the only one going this hard, though. Someone’s doing the same thing over in the Intermediate. grounds.”

“That’s the ice queen, Fiona, right?”

“Obviously, Same pattern as Bianca. Both of them fighting without rest, and the Academy keeps hunting beasts around the clock just to give them live combat targets.”

“Wait, look! That’s Bianca’s two–sigil pattern power activating!”

On the screen, fire consumed the entire frame.

Chapter 238 the Ideas

Finished

The blaze rose in a shape that evoked something vast and winged, a burning force that unfurled across the landscape and swallowed every beast in its range, leaving nothing behind but charred silence.

The watching students went quiet for a moment.

“SSS–rank sigil pattern power is on a completely different level of terrifying.”

“Not to change the subject, but has anyone else noticed that Bianca looks completely different lately? Her skin is clearer, she’s filled out, and there’s something about the way she carries herself now.”

“She’s got this queen energy. It’s undeniable.”

“You’re only just seeing it? She’s SSS–rank. She was always going to grow into something like that. What I want to know is what Steven did to deserve landing someone like fier.”

“She’s coming out! She’s done!”

“The grounds are almost cleared. She had to run out of targets eventually.”

At the back of the gathered crowd, Abigail leaned against the wall with her arms folded and a slow, knowing smile playing at the corner of her lips.

Bianca emerged from the hunting grounds and walked toward the staff stationed at the entrance.

Still not enough. The gap between her and Steven was still too wide.

He was already this strong before he even left. He’s only gotten stronger since.

Bianca pulled out a divine crystal and closed her fingers around it, letting the recovery process begin without wasting a single breath on standing still.

Steven, you have to come back alive.

She was just about to take her first step away when Abigail stepped into her path.

Abigail wore the kind of smile that looked entirely innocent and somehow wasn’t.

“Hey, Bianca. Any chance we could be friends?”

The male students watching from behind shifted uncomfortably.

That woman.

Abigail moved through the world with a magnetism that worked on everyone regardless of gender, and her connections ran deep enough to make even powerful people careful around her.

More than a few of them wanted to say something to Bianca, but none of them opened their mouths.

Abigail’s hands were not gentle when she decided to use them.

Bianca looked at her with a completely neutral expression.

“I don’t think we’ve met.”

Abigail tilted her head with a practiced, endearing bashfulness. “You wouldn’t know me yet, but I’ve been watching you for a while now.”
