Queen of Wild Cards novel Chapter 668

Cecilia huffed, "Sabrina, you're just like Stella! You keep all the good stuff to yourselves. I'm completely switching my routine to Astral Pharmaceuticals when I get back."

Later, during the wedding reception, plenty of guests would ask the exact same question, and the three bridesmaids enthusiastically shared their honest reviews.

Just like that, Stella managed to score another wave of free marketing for Astral Pharmaceuticals.

When the six old men finally saw her fully glammed up in her wedding gown, Fenton cried the hardest.

"*Sob...* My beautiful, sweet little apprentice is getting married! She can't follow me around on my adventures anymore! It's so tragic! *Sob...*"

Silas shot him a look of profound disgust. "Knock it off, Fenton. Put away your snot and tears. You're a grown man acting like a blubbering mess; it's embarrassing."

"I just can't bear to see her go! Who made a rule that old men aren't allowed to cry?" Fenton sniffled, grabbing two tissues to wipe his nose and eyes.

Dewey wasn't quite as dramatic as Fenton, but he was secretly wiping away his own tears. His only granddaughter was officially becoming part of someone else's family.

Alistair and Magnus sat silently on the sofa.

The precious cabbage they had raised was officially being stolen away by a pig.

"Grandpa, Masters, please don't be like this. It's not like I'm disappearing forever. We're all getting on the cruise ship together in a little bit."

Sabrina stepped in to comfort them. "That's right, Grandpas! Today is Stella's big day, you should all be happy! Look at her, doesn't she look absolutely gorgeous today?"

Dewey wiped a tear from his wrinkled cheek and looked at his granddaughter. "Yes, yes she does. Our little Stella is the most beautiful bride in the world today. Just like your mother was back then—absolutely breathtaking."

He was crying because he couldn't help but think of his own daughter, the daughter he had personally walked down the aisle all those years ago.

But his ill-fated daughter hadn't lived long enough to see her own child get married.

Just then, the butler stepped into the room. "Madam, there is a foreign gentleman outside requesting to see you. He has quite a few bodyguards with him."
