Chapter 95 

“Wow, you have a nice physique.” 

Dominick’s gaze fell on the water droplets on his abdomen, and then he looked expressionlessly at Ethan. 

“Do you have something to say?” 

Ethan found this joke not funny, so he threw his pajamas over. 

“Wear this. They’re new.” He sat on the sofa, making a comfortable sound. 

“What? Is someone trying to poison me? is someone from the Lewis family not happy with me?” 

Ethan was slightly stunned by Dominick’s serious response to his joke. 

“Alright, I won’t joke with you anymore. You know who I’m talking about.” 

Dominick casually put on the pajamas and took out a bottle of wine and two glasses from the cabinet. 

“Emil and Scott know each other. Did you notice that?” Dominick got straight to the point. 

Ethan was used to Dominick’s straightforward way of speaking. 

“I noticed that they must have met before, but I can’t figure out their relationship.” 

Ethan took the wine Dominick was about to drink and finished it, clicking his tongue in enjoyment from the taste. 

“It’s strange. Scott often looks at Emil when Emil is talking, as if he’s trying to send a hidden message or something through his gaze. 

“Could they have some sort of deal, and Scott is worried he might reveal something? 

“Could they have a shady business relationship?” 

Ethan looked at Dominick, waiting for his response, as if he had discovered something extraordinary. 

But Dominick’s expression was serious. In a low voice, he said, “Emil is a prince and rarely visits this place. Is it necessary for him to collaborate with someone like Scott?

Ethan frowned slightly, “You make a valid point, but besides that, I can’t think of anything else. Could it be just a friendship? 

Dominick delivered his response through his gaze, and his message 

was clear; they didn’t seem like friends. 

Just as Ethan was about to ask more questions, they heard the sound of a door opening outside. 

Dominick quickly raised a finger to his lips, signaling Ethan not to speak. 

There was intentionally light closing of the door, followed by footsteps getting farther away. From that, they could tell it was just one person 

outside. 

“I understand now why you chose to stay here. Shall we go take a look?” Ethan whispered as he heard the footsteps getting farther away

Dominick nodded lightly, and the two men sneaked out of the room.

The corridor was long and dimly lit. Ethan was familiar with the place and led Dominick through the garden path to follow the person from behind, making it hard for them to be noticed. 

The figure in front was hard to discern at first. Seeming to be searching for something, they passed through the dim corridor that led to the backyard, not looking like they were there to look at the flowers. 

After passing through this dim path, one would arrive at the backyard where Lola resided. 

Ethan furrowed his brows, thinking that it must be Scott, who must have come to find Lola with some ill intentions! 

Ethan worried about Lola’s safety and quickened his pace. 

Unfortunately, he accidentally kicked the nearby evergreen tree, rustling its leaves and causing the figure in front to pause from the sudden 

sound. 

Dominick reacted swiftly, pulling Ethan down to avoid being spotted, 

The streetlight illuminated the person’s face, allowing Dominick to recognize him. 

Unexpectedly, it was Emill 

They had just been speculating whether Scott was up neighboring country! 

to no good, trying to find Lola at night, but it turned out to be this prince from the 

Dominick’s expression darkened a bit more. Emil’s appearance there was indeed strange. 

Choosing to visit a girl’s residence at night was inappropriate, no matter the reason. 

Emil’s gaze turned towards them, and he started walking slowly in their direction. 

Ethan held his breath, preparing what excuse to use if discovered. 

Emil approached step by step, his gaze fixed on the cluster of bushes. 

He raised his hand, about to push aside the bushes, when a gust of wind stirred the leaves, making the same noise as before. 

Emil lowered his hand, seemingly noticing nothing unusual, and walked away. 

He quickened his pace, heading straight for Lola’s courtyard. 

Ethan breathed a sigh of relief but remained vigilant, ready to act at any moment. 

Emil seemed to have a clear goal, and he even knew Lola lived here, which was very strange. For Lola’s safety, they had to be on high alert. 

The butler and servants were all asleep, and Lola’s courtyard, being in the backyard, was safe and didn’t have any guards. Hence, Emil.could walk into the backyard unimpeded. 

Ethan was becoming increasingly impatient. His fists were clenched, ready to act at any moment. 

Dominick’s face remained impassive, though his eyes betrayed a fierce determination. 

Despite Emil being a prince from a neighboring country, if he had any ill intentions towards Lola, they wouldn’t hesitate to take action

Emil showed no signs of stopping, and if he took another step, he would really be crossing a line. 

Dominick stood up abruptly, ready to charge forward, when suddenly, a man emerged from the darkness. 

“Prince Emil, this is inappropriate, isn’t it?” 

Emil paused, but he didn’t seem surprised by the person behind him nor did he seem flustered about being discovered. 

Ethan was slightly stunned and looked at Dominick.

This situation was getting more interesting. None of the rooms prepared for the guests were occupied, instead, they met in this small garden, 

“So, you did come.” Emil’s tone was unclear, seeming somewhat displeased. 

“Prince Emil, what exactly do you want to do? This area is where Ms. Lewis lives. It’s already very late. Your presence here isn’t appropriate, is 

it?” 

Emil was silent for a long time before he turned to look at Scott. 

“Mr. Jensen, you sure as well”
