His plump mate (Rebel and Austin) by Buchanan novel Chapter 665

Sinclair POV

After an hour of driving, I made it to Conrad’s house. I hated coming back here, but I wanted to search for any items from my childhood. It is likely either in the attic or garage. I decided to start with the attic.

“We are here. Julian gave me the keys last night. I’m checking the attic, garage, and Conrad’s office. After that, we head back.”

“Okay. Looking for anything in particular?”

“Yes. Letters, pictures, anything from my childhood. I want them for my pups.”

“You have pups?”

“Yes. Twins. A son and daughter,” I said.

Angelo looked at me in shock. “Are they still at Blackstone?”

I took a deep breath. “Angelo, I’m going to trust you with something very important. I don’t want you selling me out.”

“On the Moon Goddess, my lips are sealed, Sinclair,” he promised.

“My mate has them. He is watching them.”

“Your mate?” He asked.

“Yes.”

“I thought you didn’t have a mate?”

“I had to say it for my cover. Julian knew I was mated, so I needed him to believe it. You know why I’m in your pack. You’ve been helping me. This is the last piece of information I was holding back.”

Angelo looked a little crestfallen. Clearly, he caught feelings. No one ever caught feelings for me before. Now it seems like everyone I meet does. It’s hard to keep up sometimes.

“I guess we should find keepsakes for you then,” Angelo said, shaking off the disappointment.

“Thanks, Angelo,” I replied as we entered the house. It still looks the same. It never felt like home to me. The same is true, even now.

“Let’s start in the attic.”

We made our way to the end of the hallway. There was a door that led to the attic. I moved up there quickly, and Angelo followed behind. For thirty minutes, I didn’t find anything. I was getting ready to leave when I noticed a false panel in the wall. I furrowed my eyebrows and walked towards it.

“Sinclair?”
