Captive Hearts: The Tycoon's Ugly Bride novel Chapter 93

Chapter 93 You've Gone Too Far

"You... Who are you? Ouch! Ouch! Ouch!..."

That disgusting man grimaced in pain. His arm was twisted out of shape.

Eric came from behind and took the man from Louis's hand. Then he threw the man against the wall, walked over, and pointed his finger at the disgusting man's chest.

"You're in no position to ask about my brother's identity. Get out!"

The disgusting man realized he had dislocated his hand. He was in deep pain. His vision blurred. "I will go! I'll get out!" Immediately, he ran away from the restaurant.

Blanche lowered her head. She was angry and ashamed. She hadn't realized that it was Louis who had stepped in and saved her at that crucial moment. She should have thanked Louis, but she couldn't say it.

"I'm going to ask you one more time. Are you going back or not?" From above Blanche's head came Louis' oppressive and cold voice.

Blanche pursed her lips. Her heart thumped, but quickly, she shook her head.

"I'm not going back."

Even though Louis had saved her, why would she go back to look for death? Tammy would never let her go.

Louis licked his teeth with the tip of his tongue. The veins popped out of his temple.

Suddenly, Blanche's feet left the ground. She was being carried on a shoulder.

Louis carried Blanche on his shoulder and lifted his chin at Eric.

"Pay the bill. Take the lady back."

"Hey, what are you doing? Erin, help me."

Blanche jumped and fell on Louis' shoulder. She felt that she was far from the ground.

Erin caught up with her. However, she stammered the moment she saw Louis' cold face.

Louis carried Blanche to the bedroom and threw her on the bed.

Blanche was knocked unconscious. She was about to get up when Louis pressed his body against hers. He then grabbed both her arms and pinned her to the bed. He pressed one leg against Blanche's and growled in her ear.

"This is the first time I've ever gone out looking for someone, and it will be the last time. If you ever leave without saying goodbye again, I'll break your legs."

He'd nearly lost his mind looking for her in this foul weather!

Blanche felt weighed down by a demon. She felt very aggrieved and raised her voice.

"Are you going to break my legs? Who are you to break my legs? Do you think I want to run? If I don't run, what if I die from the rain? It's raining so hard. What if I meet a bad guy if I go out? It's all because you guys forced me! You've gone too far! You only believe in Cathy, and she's right about everything. It's all my fault. Do you know I have to take care of my granny? If I die, what will happen to my granny? She's getting old."

After yelling those words, Blanche could heard her echo in this room. She froze. She was venting herself with every ounce of strength she had. Everyone in the villa was going to wake up from her yelling.

Blanche licked her lips and felt uncomfortable. Then she broke away from Louis' grip, got out of bed, and ran to take a shower.
