Chapter 201
“And Christine conveniently took the fall, Olivia added, eyes narrowing.
I jumped up, unable to sit still with the rage building inside me. “What if the security footage was doctored? What if Christine took the
blame to protect Emma?”
“The pattern is right there, Aria! Your father drowns. Dr. Smith vanishes after fighting with Emma. Connect the damn dots!”
I slammed my palm against the wall. “We need actual proof! Her reputation is bulletproof-she’s spent years crafting this perfect image.
Nobody will believe us without hard evidence.”
“Trust your gut, Aria,” Olivia urged, grabbing my arm. “Your instincts were right all along. Your body knows the truth even when your
brain tries to deny it.”
“You’re right.” I took a shaky breath. “We need to expose Emma, but we have to be smart about it.”
“What about that USB drive?” I asked.
“Gone,” she said, frustration clear in her voice. “The attacker must have grabbed it.”
I paced the floor, mind racing. “Even without the USB, there must be a way to force Emma into a comprehensive medical examination.”
“How? Blake thinks he owes her his life. He’ll shield her from everything.”
“We need to be tactical,” I said, jaw clenched. “She’s built this flawless facade over years. We need evidence so solid even Blake can’t
ignore it.”
Olivia nodded grimly. “Start small. Break down her defenses piece by piece until she cracks.”
After cleaning Olivia’s wounds, we both retreated to get some sleep, though I doubted either of us would find it.
“ARIA! Wake up! NOW!”
I bolted upright, heart racing. Olivia stood in my doorway, face pale, clutching her phone like it might explode.
“What’s wrong?” I mumbled, disoriented. ‘Is it the kids?”
“Check your phone. Right now.”
I grabbed my phone from the nightstand to find it blowing up with notifications. Opening social media, I froze at the headline

Chapter 201
dominating my feed:
BOMBSHELL: Henderson Morgan, former chairman of Morgan Global Enterprises, exposed for twenty-year affair and secret family!”
‘Holy shit,” I whispered, scrolling frantically through the posts.
An anonymous account had published detailed accusations against Blake’s father-claiming Henderson had maintained a hidden
relationship spanning decades while married to Elizabeth.
“That’s not even the worst part, Olivia said, thrusting her phone in my face. “Read the comments.”
My eyes widened as I scanned through them:
“Henderson Morgan tried to MURDER his own son multiple times! Monster!”
“Two illegitimate children?! A boy AND a girl?! Morgan empire about to be split three ways!”
“New family law gives non-marital children EQUAL inheritance rights! Morgan Global Enterprises about to have new owners!”
“Jesus Christ,” I breathed, hands shaking. “Henderson has secret children? That’s impossible.”
Olivia dropped onto the edge of my bed. “Did you know about this?”
“I knew about his affair and that he tried to hurt Blake,” I admitted, running my hands through my tangled hair. “But children? No way.
This is news to me too.”
“The posts claim Henderson is ‘cold-blooded and ruthless,” Olivia read, voice rising. “And mentions that under the revised Family Law, illegitimate children have equal inheritance rights as legitimate ones.”
I stared at my phone, trying to process the implications. “This doesn’t just change things for Blake-this blows up the entire Morgan
dynasty.”
“God, Aria, Olivia said, her voice dropping to a whisper. “Can you imagine what Elizabeth must be going through right now? Finding out her husband betrayed her for two decades, and now there are children who could take half of everything she thought was hers?”
She gripped my hand hard enough to hurt. “Why do we women always end up paying the price for men’s betrayals?”
I had no answer as I stared at the screen, the Morgan family secrets spilling out for the world to see. Something told me this storm was
just beginning.
