Celeste looked at the screen before answering.
"Cel, it's me. I—" It was Harvey.
The moment Celeste recognized his voice, she hung up without hesitation and blocked the number.
Matthias raised an eyebrow at her reaction. "Harvey?"
"Mm."
Matthias curled his lip. He could figure out Harvey's reason for calling without even trying.
Zachary didn't comment when he heard them talking about Harvey. It wasn't sure whether Zachary was simply unaware of what had happened the previous night.
After the call ended, Celeste and Zachary resumed their conversation.
