When the elevator doors opened, she was the first to step out. Trevor and the other two followed behind her.
Noticing that she was keeping a few steps‘ distance from them, Miles leaned toward Trevor and lowered his voice, “Her attitude toward you has really changed a lot. Has she really moved on? But, why do I find that hard to believe?

Beck reacted the same way as Trevor–both simply looked at Celeste’s back without commenting.
As they reached the hospital entrance, Trevor suddenly said “Io is still at the Rodriguez residence.”
Celeste’s steps faltered for a moment, but she didn’t say anything and continued walking toward the parking lot.
Then, she noticed that Wynn was still there.
Seeing them come out, Wynn stepped toward them.
Celeste, however, walked straight to her car, while Trevor, Beck, and Miles all headed toward Wynn instead.
Celeste got into her car and drove away without paying any attention to the four of them. She drove back to the Rodriguez residence..
Seeing her return, Jordyn, who was playing with Jamie and Hector, looked up and said, “Mom, you’re back?”
