Phyllis‘ eyes welled up with tears. Listening to the words that Aurelia had just spoken, she understood that Aurelia must have endured many hardships beyond their imagination. 

Xavier’s face was ashen, his hand lifting once again to slap Melanie. “Get out!” he commanded.
