Chapter 106 Has He Changed His Secretary

The last time she visited was before she married him. The receptionist had since changed and didn’t recognize her, so when she introduced herself as Justin’s wife, the receptionist was visibly taken aback.

“Mrs. Hoffman? Oh, please wait a moment, 1–I’ll check with Ms. Yardley to see where Mr. Hoffman is right now.” The receptionist seemed a bit flustered.

Nancy furrowed her brows. This receptionist isn’t as good as the one before.

Besides, Ms. Yardley? Has Justin changed his secretary!

“Yes, the results are out. You’re in excellent health! That means our child will also be perfectly healthy.” Nancy placed the takeout aside and pulled out the medical report from her bag. “We can have a child anytime now, Hubby.”

Justin approached and wrapped his arms around her. “All right, we’ll have a child of our own.”

Nancy was overwhelmed with happiness as she was embraced by him.

A frown suddenly marred her countenance. “Hubby, you smell like perfume.”

Justin pursed his lips. “Really? It must be the perfume from my secretary. We happened to share an elevator this morning.”

She chuckled. “Mr. Hoffman, you should try not to be so intimidating when dealing with employees. What do we do if you scare them all away?”

She couldn’t help but laugh. “I like it, of course! I’m known to be a jealous type, so I might just get jealous easily. Besides, my hubby is so handsome. I’m sure there are plenty of people eyeing him.”

“Don’t worry, it’s no use even if they covet me,” said Justin with a laugh.

Sensing that he was also getting jealous, Nancy chuckled mischievously. “I’m just teasing you. I’ve already announced my marriage on Instagram. No one would dare covet a married woman!”
