Chapter 385 Saying Goodbye
Bianca nodded carefully. “Got it.”

She broke into a bright and sweet smile. “That means I can officially join Team Ashen now. I get to stay by your side all the time.”
Steven reached out and lightly flicked her nose, smiling along with her.
“Look at you, already getting ahead of yourself.”
Bianca stuck out her tongue. “Hey, that was the deal.”
Vanessa watched the two of them, her expression softening into a smile.
“Steven, Bianca, breakfast is ready.”
They walked over hand in hand, neither of them the least bit self–conscious.
“Steven, where’s your grandfather?”
“He had something to take care of. He’ll be back soon. Let’s eat first.”
During breakfast, Steven gave it some thought. The power of the Three–Sigil mark would be called “God- Eater.”
When Brian returned, he didn’t say a word. He simply tossed something over.
S–rank origin–energy wings.
Steven’s lips curved slightly.
Nothing else needed to be said.
Steven headed toward the city center with Bianca.
Along the way, they continued absorbing divine crystals, not wasting a second.
The moment they reached Alan’s mansion, they heard a familiar voice chattering away inside.
,“Alan, that’s ruthless. My academy spent years training those prodigies, and you just took three of them.
“I’m not letting this go. Let them enter the Awakened Tournament, or I’ll keep coming back until you do.”
Steven and Bianca exchanged a glance and smiled.
It was Frank.
Alan looked toward the door. “Talk to them yourself. If they have time, they can go. If they’re assigned something else, then it’s out of my hands.”

Frank turned and spotted the two of them holding hands.
“Steven, Bianca!”
His face lit up with surprise, and he hurried over warmly.
Right now, Steven and Bianca were the academy’s prized talents.

With Brian backing them, who wouldn’t take them seriously? Everyone had seen how the old man stood up for Bianca.
Protective didn’t even begin to cover it.
“You two doing okay? Fully recovered?”
Bianca smiled. “We’re fine now. Thanks for checking on us, Mr. Reid.”
Frank waved it off with a grin. “Of course.
“Now that your captain has agreed, you have to join the Awakened Tournament.”
Steven glanced at Alan.
“Captain Alan, it’s okay if we join, right?”
Alan nodded his head slightly. “Our next destination is Orroux. As long as nothing else comes up, there’s no issue with you joining.”
Steven nodded.
Then he looked at Frank.
“In that case, please sign us up.”
Frank nearly burst with excitement. This was as good as locked in.
“Great! I’ll handle the registration right now. If you need anything, just tell the academy. We’ll do everything we can to support you.”
Steven smiled and nodded. “Got it.”
“You’re already at Three–Sigil? No bottleneck at all?”

Steven let out a quiet laugh. Is it really worth getting that excited over?
That was a long trip, at least a month.
“Will we still make it in time for the Awakened Tournament?”
Alan nodded. “It’s two months away. We should make it. By the time you get there, you’ll have grown a lot.”
Steven nodded. “Understood.
“We’ll go say goodbye to our friends today.”
Alan nodded. “Go ahead.”
He watched the two of them walk off, his gaze flickering.
For the first time, he could clearly see the possibility of Team Ashen rising to the top.
Breaking into the rankings within a year wasn’t out of the question.
At noon.
Steven invited Nelson, Seamus, and the others out for a meal.
The academy had taken them back after the last incident, and their injuries had already healed.
He also invited Lilliana.

When they heard that he and Bianca were leaving, they all felt a wave of reluctance.

Seamus spoke first, his voice tinged with emotion. “Steven, we know we can’t keep you here. But you’ve got to come back and visit. We’re brothers.”
Steven raised his glass. “Of course. This is home. I’ll be back. You all focus on your evolution. Until you reach Three–Sigil Divine Adept, don’t go throwing yourselves into fights.”
